Good hotel in a pretty quiet area. Service was great, rooms were a bit small and spartan. But the hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. Worth a try if you can find a good deal!

We are a family of four who stayed in this property for 1 night during a short weekend trip. We booked the family room, which is basically two connecting rooms. Having the extra space was really great, as the kids had their own room and we had ours. The hotel also has a small indoor pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. ||This place seemed to be popular with tour groups, and there was one who was checking in right when we arrived. The receptionist seemed a bit frazzled with so many guests, but was much more pleasant with us when he realized we could speak German. ||Regarding the room itself, it’s clean, but there are definitely some updates that would be needed. There are some cosmetic updates that could refresh the place a bit. ||We also paid for breakfast, which really is not worth the cost, but for this we paid for the convenience of having breakfast in the hotel since our check out day was on Sunday. ||Overall, if you are looking for a lower priced family room in Bern, this place might be an okay fit. But I personally would not go back given there are so many other options in the area.

We had a great time at the hotel, you can enjoy the pool, it’s not warm but feels great in a hot day and it’s open until 23:00, the people at reception are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are small but the views from the 7th floor are really pretty.

The room was clean and offered a nice view, but that’s about it. Everything else was disappointing, especially considering the high price...definitely not worth it. The breakfast was of very poor quality. This hotel definitely does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment. Thanks nonetheless to the reception staff, who were kind and professional.

Hesitant to tell everyone how well-located this hotel is. I want their business to prosper so I’ll say it publicly: this is perhaps the best value for money hotel in Bern. Great staff (Riley, Marco, Natalia and others). With free parking and free public transport, provided by the marketing geniuses in Bern City government, we found that we did not need to stay right in the city centre to thoroughly enjoy Bern. I will probably stay here again this year.

Very good value.||Everything is a bit older but all well maintained and very clean, practical and cosy. The gym, spa and pool are minimalistic but a welcome feature for the price.||Good restaurant. Breakfast buffet, when included in the price is not to be missed and features a wide variety of choices. ||Local trams and buses included.

Their exceptional service creates a positive and memorable experience. The room has a unique and intriguing scent; it's not unpleasant but rather distinctive. While room slippers are not provided, bringing your own will ensure a comfortable stay. This thoughtful consideration contributes to a pleasant visit. The hotel was conveniently suited as there is a bus stop across the building and you can go to the old town area very easily.
