Nice hotel with clean rooms. The front desk was always helpful to various requests, in guiding you with tourist spots, arranging cabs, etc. Rooms and washrooms are clean, although the building is a bit old (as compared to modern amenities in maybe other hotels.) They also provide food on room service basis, but do not have inhouse dining facility. The sweetshop run by them is also nice... and they have good cashew based sweets...

We had booked 2 rooms via booking.com for 2N 1D stay in Dec 2025. We checked in at 11 pm and to our horror my daughter found camera in couple of power sockets in both rooms. These were located on the wall opposite the bed beneath the TV. At night, we covered these with bags and next morning I took photos as evidence of these cameras and went to reception to check out . The management had no questions why we were checking out early and to my surprise he didn't even ask what room numbers we were staying in. Only thing he insisted is that they will mark us as No Show and that I should not request for cancellation via booking.com . He also said he will not be giving us receipt for the 1 night payment of 2 rooms. When I went back and rechecked the camera was removed from one of the rooms.

Very good staff, the rooms were clean and we had the pleasant stay. It's one of the best in budget hotel space.

Most pathetic hotel. We went to omkareshwar & coming back to Indore so we booked rooms in advance with Pre payment. Due to traffic jam we reached late night & hotel manager just gave our rooms to others without informing us. Even not ready to refund. We roam around in unknown city with 2year old kids for night stay. This kind of unprofessional service they provide. Please do not go in this hotel or atleast don’t book rooms online. Worst experience ever.
