Hotel Amboise Le Blason

Friendly staff with excellent service, clean modern and well appointed rooms, good coffee and breakfast. Very close to town centre and good restaurants. Merci!

The hotel was the best out of our stay in France. The parking was free if you wanted to park on the street, or you could pay a small amount to park in the garage. However there was always an open spot. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and provided over adequate service. The rooms were very spacious with plenty extra room, and a clean setup and bathroom. We had a suite and it has two TV's as well as two couches. There was a master bedroom and two single beds. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

We rented bikes with Les Velos Verts, and left our bikes with Le Blason for a day whilst exploring Amboise by foot/taxi. There is a private sheltered garage for bikes and cars. Reception spoke English and were very helpful.

This is a gem of a find in France and this beautiful little town. First of all it was only 99 euros a gift in and of itself. We stayed on the first floor although the rooms are small the bed was very comfortable there were extra pillows and the air conditioning worked very well. The shower was nice the water was hot, the post at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and making suggestions for meals. They do have a breakfast in the morning for 11 Euros although I did not have it it looks nice. They have a coffee machine that you can make your own cappuccino and espresso which was also very good. You are just steps away from the downtown area and walking distance from everything. They also have private parking which is included in the price. It looks like a lot of cyclists use the hotel as well because I saw bike gear in the parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very quaint and very small rooms. Our room overlooked the street and it was very loud. Also, there is. Also, there is no soundproofing.

We loved our stay at Hotel le Blason. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room excellent. Good sound proofing meant the room was quiet at night. The centre of town and restaurants are only a few minutes walk.

This property barely warrants 2 stars. Very tired & dated hotel. Breakfast was good. Treacherous stairs up to 1st & 2nd floors. Bike lockup ok.

Communication from Australia answering questions was excellent. On our arrival the staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was delicious with a range of options. A very happy and satisfactory stay.|Highly recommend
