Hotel América Sevilla

This hotel is in a great location. We arrived by bus and it was a 15 minute walk to the square where the hotel is located. Staff were friendly efficient and unobtrusive. There is a restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and it’s open Tues-Sat as a fusion restaurant in the evening. The room was very spacious and the bed was excellent. We had a great terrace with view over the city to the cathedral. The air conditioning struggled a bit but we were in a heatwave so that’s understandable. This hotel doesn’t have room service other than for food so anything else you have to go to reception. Overall this is a lovely hotel in a great spot a short walk to many bars and restaurants as well as the sights of Seville. Great value for money

We had a 4 day break here to explore Seville. This hotel is in a perfect location with friendly staff. The room was a nice size, with a huge bed and comfy soft pillows. Nice size bathroom too and it was all spotlessly clean.|Breakfast is very good. Loads of options. Cereals, pastries, breads, jams, hot food and plenty of fresh fruit.|Only negative is the building work going on nearby they starts about 7am. But we were up and out early so it wasn’t a huge issue. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel, perfectly located and very central in Seville so we could walk everywhere. |VERY fast and friendly check in with the bonus being that the room was ready early so we could check in. Rooms were comfortably sized, with huge bathroom in the one room (602) and had all the comforts we could ask for. |I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

Well situated between lively, trendy Alameda, the old city centre and central shopping district, the Hotel America Sevilla was perfect for a three night stay. The room (Junior Suite) was clean, comfortable and spacious & for once in a hotel, the air conditioning was quiet and worked! Really enjoyed our stay here - highly recommended!

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly service. Very central and near most monuments and amenities. Insulated from noise pollution and well air-conditioned.|Shame no complimentary bottle of water, as we're used to in 4* hotels :(

For americans a 4 star in Europe is a 3 star in the states. So for a 3 star hotel, it was nice. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The downside was the hair dryer over heated and would only work for less than a minute. The hotel did offer to look at it, however, it was too late. So I ended up wearing a hat. They charged us for parking despite my reservation through the hotel gave us free parking. The flooring was worn and the construction outside was pretty noisy. No photos of hotel. Our view was not worth a photo.

The hotel was comfortable and the staffs were extremely helpful. The hotel front desk helped us with all the questions that we had, such as purchasing train tickets or getting ice due to the extreme hot weather. The only complaint that I have of the hotel is that the bathroom floor in the room that we stayed needed fixes. There was a ‘dip’ or a broken section that was uncomfortable to walk on it on.

The hotel may sometimes have a strong, unpleasant odor, reminiscent of mold and sewage. It seems they’ve tried to mask it with chemical sprays, which only makes it worse. It’s 3 a.m., and I haven’t been able to sleep. I’m sitting by the window, just trying to get some fresh air." Otherwise it is a good hotel once the issue is fixed.
