Hotel América Sevilla

I have only good things to say about Hotel America. The room was large, with enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, with a soft covering that made it even more inviting. The rain shower was refreshing, stocked with fresh body wash, and the laminated flooring added both a clean look and a sense of good isolation. The soundproofing was excellent, and overall hygiene felt top-notch.

This hotel is in a great location with the town centre a short flat walk away ,buses and taxis just outside in the square if needed.The hotel itself and the rooms are very clean, and lovely comfortable bed the staff are very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. If you choose to stay at this hotel and don’t want to pay for a private transfer then the Airport buses are situated 10-15 minutes away and only cost €6 each, transfer time 3/4 hour depending on traffic from the airport to the last stop.

Excellent location, near to bars, restaurants etc. Adjacent to taxi rank, bus stop etc. Good atmosphere in and around the hotel. Rooms are perfect and very clean.. although in busy area the noise levels are good... we would return again....

Modern hotel in slightly quieter area, but walkable to many destinations. Rooms were very comfortable. Buffet style breakfast had many options to choose from and plenty seating.

Centrally located - ideal to explore Seville on foot. Great selection of shops/ cafes / restaurants on doorstep. Staff friendly helpful. Hotel modern / room spacious, comfortable and clean with views over local park. Taxi stand 2 minutes from entrance.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the entire building had an unpleasant odor, and my room was even worse. There was a constant musty smell, and at times it even smelled like sewage. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable, and there was water occasionally dripping from the bathroom ceiling. While I will give credit that the room itself was clean, that was the only positive part of the stay. When I tried to address the issue with the receptionist, she was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of allowing us to change rooms, she sent housekeeping, who only offered a spray air freshener as a solution. The freshener masked the odor for only a short time before the smell returned. The person helping us from housekeeping was very kind and tried to help us but honestly there was nothing that could be done. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be staying here again.

This is by far the worst hotel I've been to in the WORLD (as a forgiving and patient Canadian) - the dirtiest hotel I've been to and even worse service. The rooms were so filthy and floors not cleaned - there were stains on the toilet and bathroom walls and tub when we checked in, and to top it all off there were ants and a centipede I came across at night in the bathroom. Front staff are terrible - we asked them to do something about the ants and they offered to fumigate the room, after which we were gaslit and argued with by the staff that it was in fact because we were bringing in food, which we didn't...the ants were there upon arrival and I'm sorry isn't that what room service is for even if we did decide to eat in the room?! The fumigation did nothing and ants returned the next day. The only saving quality of this hotel is the breakfast and location to downtown core.

We were very happy with Hotel America in Sevilla. The room was spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel is indeed excellent. The personell was very helpful and supportive.
