Hotel América Sevilla

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are stylish and the location is good, making it very convenient for exploring the city. However, there were several downsides that affected our stay. The rooms are not soundproof at all. My girlfriend and I were woken up every morning at 6 a.m. for five days straight by our neighbors — a baby crying and a toddler screaming, running, and jumping around. It made getting proper rest nearly impossible. Another issue was the bedding. The duvet cover has no zipper or buttons, so it constantly slips around while you sleep, which was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was exactly the same every morning, and the food was always cold — even the fried eggs and scrambled eggs. What disappointed me the most was the lack of attention to a special occasion. We planned this trip to Seville to celebrate my girlfriend’s 30th birthday, so I had requested in advance a room decoration with balloons, flowers, a fruit platter, and sweet sparkling wine. We did receive flowers and a bottle of wine, which we appreciated. However, the wine was not sweet as requested and was of very poor quality — we couldn’t drink it. The rest of the birthday arrangements were missing, which was disappointing given the importance of the occasion. For the price, it is not worth it

This hotel is located close to everything. We walked from the hotel to all attractions we wanted to visit. We did, however, need a taxi/bolt service from the train station to the hotel as it’s a bit far to walk but we paid about €10 each way. The room was spacious enough for two people with a mini fridge and a TV. The bathroom was quite large as well. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates from hot to cold. But it was overall a good place to stay. The staff was really kind and helpful throughout our stay. The price per night was very reasonable given the location and the amenities. I’d recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Location was perfect as very central. Beds & pillows were super comfortable. Staff were helpful and did what they said they’d do. Rooms spacious, as bathroom was with his & hers vanity area. Sound proofing good as didn’t hear other guests in rooms and very little outside noise. The restaurant served very nice food too and our server, a young lady from Mexico (didn’t get her name) was absolutely lovely. Would highly recommend.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in Sevilla. It is very well located close to one of the well-known “Corte Ingles” Department Stores and also close to one “Aldi” supermarket. Several restaurants around. Walking distance to the Cathedral, the Alcazar and Barrio Santa Cruz. The breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant is good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent customer service in general. Thanks “Hotel America”.

We had a mixed stay. The location for exploring Seville is great. Unfortunately, we slept really poorly. Soundproofing isn't good and the rooms get very stuffy, very quickly, requiring an open window - unfortunately our room faced the main square, which was noisy pretty much all night. This meant sleep was broken. The bedding is also frustrating - it seems to be too big and there's no way of clipping it together or anything. Breakfast was average at best. Staff were at least friendly

The hote and room were nice. It’s a great location for walking to tourist sites. It was convenient to have an Aldi and lots of restaurants around the corner . The taxi fare from the train station runs $14-$20 euros, so if you’re taking day trips on the train like we did, the costs can add up quickly. There wasn’t another good option for getting to/ from Santa Justa train station. Walking to the train station is 30 minutes according to GPS.

The hotel is in a good location for shopping area and is about 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. The Hotel is clean and the rooms of a good standard. staff are pleasant and helpful and most speak English. Breakfast is plentiful but the hot breakfast is at best luke warm, which is a shame since it tastes really good, it would just be even better if it was warmer, that's the reason i can only give 4 stars.

I have only good things to say about Hotel America. The room was large, with enough space to open two suitcases comfortably. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, with a soft covering that made it even more inviting. The rain shower was refreshing, stocked with fresh body wash, and the laminated flooring added both a clean look and a sense of good isolation. The soundproofing was excellent, and overall hygiene felt top-notch.
