Hotel America

This is an excellent hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice room with terrace and view of castle. Good wine in bar. Good breakfast. Parking is in multi-storey about 5 minutes walk away. Very good location to explore historic city.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were super clean with wooden floors. The beds were the best I ever slept in. The service at reception was excellent and every one of them was super friendly. The location was perfect...the duomo withing 5 minutes walking distance.

The room is too hot. There’s some air machine (see picture) with three options: I, II, III, but it works as a heater. You need to open the window to get air, but then it gets too noisy, since the room faces the street, and too bright. It’s a shame, because the hotel is nice, the location is perfect and the staff is friendly. But it’s hard to sleep here.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Our air conditioning was inoperative overnight making the stay very uncomfortable. Roll down shades to exclude light and street sounds were nice.

Good location. Close to the train station, but also right on the edge of the old town. Comfortable and clean room with good AC. Quality breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference at the university. The hotel is excellent: service was good, the rooms spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good and they also gave me a packed box when I had to leave before the official breakfast period. It’s right next to the station and city centre so very convenient.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to the historical city center as well as the train station. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was varied and abundant. The staff of the hotel were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very service oriented. The deluxe room that we selected had a small living room with a separate TV and a balcony with a view to die for! The hotel is very reasonably priced considering all of these things and I feel confident that a stay here will not disappoint you.
