Hotel America

The room is too hot. There’s some air machine (see picture) with three options: I, II, III, but it works as a heater. You need to open the window to get air, but then it gets too noisy, since the room faces the street, and too bright. It’s a shame, because the hotel is nice, the location is perfect and the staff is friendly. But it’s hard to sleep here.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were super clean with wooden floors. The beds were the best I ever slept in. The service at reception was excellent and every one of them was super friendly. The location was perfect...the duomo withing 5 minutes walking distance.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Our air conditioning was inoperative overnight making the stay very uncomfortable. Roll down shades to exclude light and street sounds were nice.

Good location. Close to the train station, but also right on the edge of the old town. Comfortable and clean room with good AC. Quality breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights for a conference at the university. The hotel is excellent: service was good, the rooms spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good and they also gave me a packed box when I had to leave before the official breakfast period. It’s right next to the station and city centre so very convenient.

Located between the railway station and the city center you can reach anything in 15 mins walk. The rooms are clean, well equipped. Make sure you have a room not facing the main street. My favorite was the phone- exactly that is what i would need as a business traveler. However the gender binary made me think twice before dialing. The reception is professional and helpful. They offered the city card which gives free access to museums and public transportation. The breakfast room is cosy. The food options are impressive but they cannot solve the soft-boiled egg problem either. (They are hard boiled) The patio is nice and you can escape there from the nonspecific popmusic.

The hotel is within a short walking distance to the historical city center as well as the train station. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was varied and abundant. The staff of the hotel were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very service oriented. The deluxe room that we selected had a small living room with a separate TV and a balcony with a view to die for! The hotel is very reasonably priced considering all of these things and I feel confident that a stay here will not disappoint you.

A stone's throw from the Buonconsiglio Castle and the Duomo. Also walking distance to the main bus station. 10 minute walk from the Flix Bus drop-off. RATING: 5/5 SERVICES ========= - Free WiFi and protected throughout the hotel, from rooms to meeting rooms - Nice continental breakfast with coffee and pastries - Free water and available in the minibar in your room, to quench your thirst without worries! - Selection of tea and herbal teas with kettle in all rooms - Parking spaces in front of the hotel for €8 per night - Free city ​​bike rentals - Bike parking for your personal bikes - Happy to host your 4-legged friends for free! - Washing machine, dryer and iron at your disposal, for as long as you like - €5 - Free city card (free transportation and admission to museums, etc) RATING: 5/5 ROOM ===== STANDARD DOUBLE - Nice and comfortable bed - Double pillows, yes - Large bathroom with basic amenities (towel warmer yes!) - Private balcony RATING: 4/5 CUSTOMER SERVICE ================= Friendly enough - not overly. Helpful in calling for restaurant reservations and our next-door neighbor (after 11pm antics). RATING: 4/5 OVERALL ======== Has look and feel of a very good corporate business hotel. Would recommend for families and business trips.
