We chose this hotel because, even though it is about a 45 minute walk from the city center, it is well connected by public transport and we thought it offered good value for money. However, we were not happy with our stay. We traveled as a family and occupied three rooms. For several days, there was no hot water in two of the rooms either early in the morning or late in the evening, and on another day the same happened in the third room. The water was freezing cold or, at best, lukewarm. When you come in from outside with temperatures below zero, lukewarm water is not enough.
We chose to stay in a hotel instead of an apartment to avoid this kind of issue, such as problems with hot water or heating. When they have too many guests, the boiler is not sufficient to serve everyone. They were not able to offer us any solution.
In addition, during breakfast service, we had barely finished eating and the waitresses were already clearing our plates and cutlery, even though the cafeteria was not full. This created a feeling of being rushed and made the experience unpleasant.
If they do not fix the boiler issues, I would not recommend this hotel during the cold season.
