Hotel: 8/10||A clean and tidy hotel overall. The rooms were very dated. My bed was always made, and everything was sorted out daily. However, my bathroom had significant condensation, which made everything damp. During my 4-night stay, two of the mornings I couldn’t get hot water.||I booked a single room, and while I understand it's for one person, the room was incredibly small. When I opened my suitcase to lay it flat, there was no floor space left! Additionally, I had a dressing table but no mirror, which made getting ready a challenge.||The bed was quite hard, and I was only given one flat pillow. The breakfast options were limited—cold meats, cheese, and fruit were available, but the only hot food choices were watery scrambled eggs, frankfurter sausages, and chorizo sausages. While these were decent, the variety was lacking, especially for a hotel of this size.||The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to multiple tram stops. There were shops, bars, and restaurants all within a 5–10 minute walk, so you didn’t need to head into the city center for supplies or pre-drinks. The staff were helpful and polite.||Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay. It was clean, albeit tiny, and I had a decent time. However, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable with modern bathroom. Complimentary tea, coffee and bottled water in the room much appreciated. Breakfast superb with plenty of choice in a lovely sunny room. Small bar/lounge to get a nightcap before bed after a long day sight seeing. Hotel is also in a good position, a 10 minute walk to the the nearest metro station or nearest tram stop.

All the the staff we absolutely wonderful . Assel, the marketing and reservations agent for the hotel couldn't have done more for us both. We were on a very special celebration trip, and the kindness shown before our visit linked with our room upgrade, was fabulous. Balcony rooms are megga quiet. Lift does not go to that 6th floor. So that's a heads up for anyone who is unable to do stairs. We had no issue with that at all. The help from the staff linked to trams and metro, was also very, very good. Great advice given on best and cheapest way to travel around the city. Needless to say, the transport system is great, as with so many of these cities. We have much to learn in this country.|The bed was awesome. Large and lead to a wonderful nights sleep. Very comfortable and also a very quiet Hotel. The location is perfect. Many great and quirky bars and restaurants around that area, if you don't want to take the metro or trams in to the city.

A good hotel with great transport links nearby and a little christmas market by the Basilica. However, the walls of the room were pretty thin as we got woken up and kept up by the TV in the room next door. Additionally, the beds are pretty firm but you get used to it after the first few nights. The breakfast was adequate however, more options would be great and just be prepared for the deposit as it isn’t cheap.

Lovely hotel, with good sized rooms. Clean and nicely furnished with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast being included was a great addition too. Close to tourist attractions so able to walk everywhere and also close to some fantastic food places / restaurants.

Hotel is situated in a quiet area but has a good choice of bars and restaurants close by.|Highly recommend Wood & Steak restaurant. |We were lucky with the weather so would walk to the old town which took us about twenty minutes going and about thirty coming back (as uphill!).|We booked deluxe rooms and on first impression they were a bit disappointing. The bathroom is very small as is the room itself. |The bed and frame were much too big and took up most of the room. Also it was two twin beds pushed together (we were two couples in our party) with two separate twin duvets, also had to ask for extra pillows as there was only one each on arrival. The bed linen wasn’t great quality and neither were the towels, we both had holes in them! |However, for what we paid it was good value for money, the room and bathroom were very, very clean throughout our stay and the bathroom had modern fixtures with a rainfall shower which had great pressure. My hair looked amazing!|The bed was comfortable and we slept well even with the window open as so quiet.|Staff are really friendly and attentive and it was helpful being able to leave our luggage on our last day. We also booked a taxi through the hotel to and from the airport, I would recommend this.|Breakfast was mostly good, coffee machine surprisingly nice, choice was a bit limited and there were never any croissants!|Also on our last morning it was very overcrowded so it took a while for food and glasses etc to be replenished.|Overall we had a really enjoyable stay, I would recommend this hotel, I loved the location (and shower!) but as others have said the deluxe rooms are not the ones in the pictures and go to breakfast early if you can.

arrived early afternoon to be greeted nicely then to be told to pay tourist tax which was okay, but then to be told to pay 2000 Czech krouna which was a big chunk of my spending money so advise take extra as you don’t get back till you leave if you follow all rules including not touching the mini bar provided in rooms. In this case I don’t know why they offer the mini bar service. Got to our room it was lovely shower amazing! bed comfy. The next morning went for breakfast really disappointed with it cold hot dog sausages and spiced potatoes as the food along with cold meats and salad. Toast available as that’s what we ate then didn’t eat in it again. Quiet hotel and quiet location which is good for night time no distributions. Overall nice hotel but not 4 stars

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Our deluxe room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things to keep in mind if you're traveling from the UK: you'll need an adapter for your chargers, as there are no USB charging ports. Additionally, city tax charges apply and are payable at check-in. Overall, the staff were polite and incredibly helpful during our stay. We also contacted hotel before arrival and got prompt response with all needed information.

Yelp
First time in Prague- this hotel was close to public transport to the city center but not too close- I could breathe away from all the other tourists (so crowded). The staff is super nice too and they offer breakfast every morning until 10:30am. Area seems safe- we walked around the corner to a water fountain rotunda area and ate at Blatouch at like 10pm (vegetarian vegan friendly spot that's a good hangout place). The room is quaint and small but good enough for me and the partner. We have the cleaning staff tips everyday we cleaned and they did a good job in maintaining the room and even left cute written thank you notes. Would def come back here- you can also leave your luggage at the counter if your room isn't ready or if you're checking out and want to explore a little more before heading to the airport. We tried saying little things in Czech and they appreciated it- but most staff speak a little bit of English- atleast the hostesses do. Lots of European and Asian tourists- maybe a handful of Americans when we came in June.

Yelp
We stayed 11 nights in Switzerland, Prague and Berlin and this was arguably our best hotel. Got an amazing rate off priceline. I could've hoped for a better location... Tram and trail stops were at least 10 minute walk away. But that's not really their fault and we could use the exercise so it's all good. From the moment we walked in, we felt the 4 star service. Someone took our bags, check in was a breeze, and we had a lovely room on the 5th floor. We're used to tiny rooms in Europe but we had a good sized room. It WAS a bit odd that the toilet and the shower were in separate small rooms with doors... Because you had to exit the toilet without washing your hands, then head into the other room. Also the shower was horribly designed, instead of a curtain there was a sort of half of a glass divider and the nozzle was located so you ended up flooding the floor when you showered. Other than that, everything was great. Free WiFi that actually worked inside the room. Free breakfast... And what a spread! They had the best breakfast ever. I usually came away from the buffet tables with 2 or 3 plates. (They were a bit smaller than usual plates!) Easy check out and they were even willing to extend it for us, and hold our bags since our flight was on the evening and we weren't done exploring. Definitely highly recommended in Prague and wherever else they have a branch.

Yelp
good central location for a great price! highly recommend if you don't mind the modest room, but close to public transportation. the hotel is about a 10 min walking distance from the Namesti Miru station which is about 2-3 stations away from all the major attractions. the room was quiet, good beds & wifi connection, great water pressure on the shower, and suffice breakfast (a lot to choose from, but i mainly care about good strong coffee, so it's all relative.) the cleaning was an issue for us as they did a lousy job on the first night, however, we left a tip and a thank-you note (this is called reverse psychology), and it was great after that. tip:check out-- -the winery inside the neighborhood park (5-6 min walking distance) -mexican restaurant called Las Adelitos (authentic and great service!) -IF Cafe (cute decor and great coffees/pastries) p.s. the staff was mostly friendly, however, this one staff during breakfast, Zusana (sp?) was amazing and she really made our stay pleasant!

Yelp
Extremely underwhelmed by this hotel. For the price of a solid 3 star hotel, you are getting barely a motel standard. There is even no basic toiletries like shower gel or a shampoo - but just a hand wash in a reusable pump. Photos on the website are professionally done and probably photohopped so it will not be what you're getting. I'm afraid this will be the only bad experience in Prague.

Yelp
Wouldn't consider this a 4 star hotel.. Breakfast wasn't great, a/c hardly worked and was not very close to the sites. They charge you very every little thing and didn't even have an ice machine and no key for the kitchen to get some..
