Hotel and Coffee Farm Finca Lérida

There is a mixologist Jorge here, that is someone that is truly talented!! |He challenges you to challenge him. Tell him what flavors you like, and he creates the drink! ||Roosevelt, the waiter is a great host! Engaging with guests, helpful and friendly. ||The hotel and surroundings are breathtaking beautiful! ||Try and find fault with this place, I dare you! It’s heaven on earth!

A wonderful place, the property is gorgeous with lots of birds and a hike through the rain forest that leads to a waterfall. (Part of the hike was blocked by a fallen tree that eroded part of the way), but nevertheless would recommend. The food is really good, and head waiter Roosevelt is very accommodating, attentive, and warm. I would also recommend the coffee tour with Jose. He is very knowledgeable, and funny. Tasting the different coffees at the end was a memorable experience.

We were totally delighted with the attention and service provided at Hotel and Coffee Farm Finca Lérida from the very professional and helpful reception by Alain to the wonderful tour we took with the great coffee connoisseur Cesar. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Boquete. Without a doubt the best coffee farm we have visited 10/10

We visited Finca Lerida for a day at the end of November to taste the coffee and stroll along the walking trails. We wrote the Finca some questions a couple of days before our visit and received incorrect answers. The staff answering the mails is not based in Panama and don’t seem to know the situation in Boquete. Upon arrival we found out that not all trails are open due to landslides (even though we asked beforehand). We walked along all of the remaining trails and can clearly state that the fee of 12,50$ pp is NOT worth it – especially compared to the other trails around Boquete. Since day visitors will definitely visit the coffee shop and/or restaurant the owner should refrain from charging a fee for the trails. The meals in the restaurant were tasty but pretty overpriced. All in all, we were pretty disappointed with the experience. We afterwards shared our experience via email and never received an answer.

Wonderful place to relax and calm down. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Perfect service, good quality. The coffee tour with Jose is a must, very interesting.

This place is stunning, there are a number of walks, including through the coffee farm, around the property and you are provided with a map of gear when you check in. The room I had was very comfortable and spacious, with the highlight a hammock out front where you can enjoy the garden and view outside the rooms. The wifi was fantastic and available throughout a lot of the property. The restaurant is a short walk downhill from the rooms, which has a good selection of dishes to choose from and the food is dry good.

Quiet finca in the mountains! Small hotel room buildings sprinkled around the area and beautifully landscaped with coffee trees going up the hills into the forest. There are quiet trails and dozens of bird varieties you can spot, even from your hammock outside your room. The head waiter at the restaurant, Roosevelt, was friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast - very tasty. We did a coffee tour with Jose, and learned a lot about coffee, complete with tasting at the end. The rooms were simple and clean. I loved that I could hear birds and rain at night.

We had a very nice coffee tour with Jose. He showed us around the farm and explained a lot about the work but also showed us some exciting fruits that grow there (incl. tastings ). The coffee tasting was also very great. We can recommend to book an early tour since you will likely be very few people.
