Nice city hotel. Rooms are clean, showers are good. Breakfast is continental and good. ||The rooms on the higher floors are better and more quiet than the ones on the ground floor. Some rooms are a bit dark since they only have a small window on the courtyard side. ||The staff is kind and helpfull. There is an nice little roof terrace with view.

The hotel was wonderful. Had the old world feeling with everything needed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The location was perfect for walking to the tourist attractions. But the best thing was Rosie the desk clerk. She was always available to give directions or ideas of where to go and eat and sites to see. And when having altitude issues, she gave me little tips that made the world of difference. I would highly recommend staying here.

Not only was the location great (only a couple blocks from the main town square) but the rooms were quiet and comfortable. But by far the best part of the hotel was the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. They answered all of our questions, helped us navigate the city and locations, and kept our luggage safe will we took a multi-day tour. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cuzco who wants that personalized hospitality that is missing from many hotels. Room was spacious and had everything we needed with comfortable beds. And I should not fail to mention the beautiful plant filled sunlit entry/dining area for a calming start to the day in Cuzco with a delicious breakfast.

We stayed at his hotel our first night in Cusco. They were easy to reach by Whatsaspp before we came to Peru, and picked us up from airport promptly. The hotel is still located downtown, however it's 1-2 blocks away from the main square which made it nicer as it was quieter so we could rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had lunch packed for us as we were leaving for excursions around 4 am every morning. My sister also left her bracelet in our hotel room after we checked out, and they emailed us a picture of what she had left so we could pick it up, which meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy, safe, comfortable and quiet place while visiting Cusco.

We stayed here 3 times during our stay to this area. Each time we did a tour, the hotel held our bags for us. They always tried to accommodate early checkin for us where possible. Breakfast was good, they cook eggs on order. The staff staff, especially Rosie were very friendly. Beds are comfortable and showers hot! Great location with couple mins walk to main square.

Enjoyed a one week stay at Los Apus. Very nice boutique hotel centrally located within minutes walk to everything. Our room had 2 twin beds, was on the smaller side, but very comfortable and well laid out. Bathroom had a tub and was decent size. Water pressure and temperature of hot water could be improved, but it was hot enough and never ran cold. All the staff (Roci/Kati/? can't remember her name at the front desk and Wildes at breakfast) were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice (made to order omelet or eggs) and the buffet varied as much as possible each morning but loved that we got to try so many different native fruit. All in all would definitely stay again and Los Apus offers a very good value for what you get. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable rooms, with friendly and informative staff. I really enjoyed the service provided here, including the packed lunches for treks, and the breakfasts. Storing my bags during the inca trail was no problem here and dont forget the beautiful view from the terrace! It was easy to walk to the main attractions from here and more!

Quiet spot, only a few mins walk from the historic centre. Tea offered on arrival, no tea station in the room but you are able to make tea in the reception. Breakfast is a little basic and limited. The reception area where you eat is a little cold. The room was cosy and clean. Staff are helpful and they offered us a takeaway breakfast for our early flight. Laundry service offered but also cheaper options nearby.
