Thanks for serving us , Mr Boss❤️with your sincerity and helpfulness to make our 2 nights stay in hotel promenade a memorable one. Started to fall in love with ur hotel’s ambience &tranquility. This is something we are looking for . Once again thanks much for helping us to find a place for pork knuckle in Germany..that’s beyond ur job scope tho. Glad to hv ur guidance in our Swiss journey . GBU In addition, thanks again for your garden tea leaves . Also the dinner was simply yummy altho the px was at high side. Chf 95. But it’s worth it❤️🌹

Absolutely lovely experience here with my 8 year old and 87 year old mother. The team waited up late for us and were so gracious about our extraordinary requests. The hotel is traditional yet modern and the food was superb! The garden adds exceptional value to this city hotel and allows for a unique experience in the middle of Schaffhausen. I will definitely be back!

This was a last minute booking when our other hotel let us down. It was easy to find, comfortable, reasonably priced and the breakfast tasty. Parking on site was free and it was within walking distance of the Old Town. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights during our conference, The hotel offers good quality accommodation and nice big bedrooms. I had a little balcony and enjoyed the view over the beautiful garden from there. It is close to the main station and also only a few steps from the historical town centre. Breakfast was good and offered variety and also good coffee. I heard that some of the rooms are closer to the road passing the hotel, so if you are sensitive to the sound of cars it may be advisable to request a room more to the other side. On the the side where I slept it was absolutely quiet.

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden up behind the hotel. Our bedroom was quite small. I banged my knee more than once going around the side of the bed!||The staff were great especially the amazing Francine who actually drove us to a wonderful restaurant as our flight was delayed and the hotel kitchen was closed when we arrived. As far as we are concerned she should get an award for excellent customer service!||The food was good. Fine breakfast and we had an excellent dinner on the one night we ate there. ||It is an uphill walk so if you have luggage think about it. Not a problem for younger folk!

The location and the garden are great. Purity is beyond debate. Breakfast is adequate, the staff is kind and helpful. The wifi works well. However, the sofa is not really comfortable, mainly because the pillows are also very low. The beams in the attic room are nice, but sometimes on the way.

A very comfortable stay in beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Owned by a lovely and wonderful peaceful family. All within walking distance. You could also have a lovely stroll in their nature friendly garden. Definitely a good place to stay. Beautiful and clean rooms.

Great hotel because the staff is so amazing and sweet and professional. This hotel is so quaint and relaxing (once you get used to the bells). Breakfast is great with fresh bread and homemade jams. We can't wait to come back from America to stay here again. Thank you Holger and all others who were so kind. I hope we spelled your name right.
