Well situated, the vale verde hôtel could be wonderfull, but it is missing some maintenance. We had superior room for 4 people used by 2,that means lot of space very appreciate.|The location is perfect, beautifull siting, good pool, beautifull garden.|Check in was good but the room bathroom very disapointing.Lots of broken items, shower head toilet bowl...|The restaurant is open from 4pm and close at 8pm,even earlier.|Breakfast,as in many places in Panama,is a choice to be made between 3 choices. the continental is 2 eggs,2 pieces of bread ,butter,Jam no ham,and no fruits and you have to chose between Coffee or Tea and Orange Juice every extra even 2nd cup of Coffee is not free.|But the situation is perfect.

My family and I booked for Sunday 27 to 28 of November, when we arrived the receptionist had the date wrong and couldn't find d our reservation. So they gave us any room.. the restaurant was closed for dinner and we had a welcome wine glass which we did t get ... we had to ask for it the next day. Breakfast was average.||The place surrounded by trees and climate is really nice.... I think they can surely do better

I loved it! The place is so beautiful! There is no need for extra fancy stuff to have such a great time. This is a peace of wonder in the middle of the nature. They even have a cat that loves to mingle with the visitors.

We stayed three nights while weather was not that good (lots of rain). the place has a nice Peruvian restaurant (excellent pisco sour) with a very friendly waiter who tried so hard to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious; there is a nice pool and very nice gardens. The rooms are not modern but have all you need and were clean. It is about 20 minutes walk to the centre of town but very doable.

So the garden is beautiful (look for the turtles). The views are great. The pool is decent too. They could be friendlier and more welcoming, and the place feels like its best days happened several decades back. On the other hand, you didn't go to Valle de Anton looking for the Ritz, did you?

We were here for four nights. Very nice breakfast included an the restaurant also cooks huge portions of Peruvian food. You have to ask for service, as in room cleaning and towels, but a little tipping goes a long way. It was nice and quiet w beautiful grounds. On Friday and Saturday it got a bit crowded w Panama City folks looking to cool down. They have awesome pool, too. You will need Spanish to stay here, they have no English. Nice place tho!

Awful place. Just one befuddled staff member when we arrived. Breakfast NOT open at 8:00 as promised. Weird plumbing. Grounds COULD be beautiful if anybody who owns or manages the place cared at all. I'd expect it to be cheap because it's so awful, but pricing is about the same as Golden Frog, where we moved, and that place is clean, well-run.

While there was nothing extraordinary about our room (#20), the view from it's porch area was tremendous. Tall, steep mountains with their tops obscured by the clouds and lots of other lush greenery. The grounds of the entire property are beautifully landscaped and we found it very peaceful. ||We didn't eat in the restaurant, other than the breakfast that was included in the room package as we found it to be a bit pricey.||Note: staff was nice, but none spoke much English. If you don't speak Spanish, Google Translate will get you through.||We would stay here again.
