Would have given a solid five stars if the beds were not hard as rocks! Service was perfect and attentive, we felt the really care and want to make you happé, breakfast unbelievably good with so much variety, would recommend in a heartbeat! This is what hospitality business should look like everywhere! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

This was our first time in Marrakech. We chose Le Naoura after looking at both hotels and riads within the central area and have not been disappointed. 5 days before our arrival I had a phone call from the hotel. I was asked if we had any special requests for the room and also if we required a taxi from the airport. This also allowed me to ask questions before we arrived.|On arrival we were wowed from the service we received which continued throughout our weeks stay. Our room overlooking the pool was beautifully furnished, together with a surprise of delicious sweet treats. Breakfast which could be eaten on the outside terrace or indoors had plenty of choice including cereals, fruit, yoghurts, meats, cheese, breads and egg station where omelettes were also made. |The hotel is central allowing you to walk to the different quarters of the city and see the many attractions. The area is also so clean, no litter on any of the roads.|Concierge were very helping with recommendations for restaurant bookings in the evening, which were also booked for us and then directions given along with the trusty map.|All staff we saw, including the waiters at the restaurants and bars, pool staff, maids servicing our room and maintenance guys, we couldn't have asked for anything else. Everyone went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay one to remember. Thankyou.

Rather poor attitude from the concierge when I asked to have a quick look around the lobby and bar area. The receptionist was nicer. The bored security guard had been playing football with a lemon outside the main entrance. So the facade of elegance had been somewhat lost already. One pool overlooked by room terraces and not very private. I like luxury hotels. I travel a lot for business in my role as a pharmaceutical executive physician/medical director. Try harder. Kempinsky never fail to impress me with their ambience and attention to detail. Probably not to Northern European standards. Attitude of concierge very problematic. Will stay somewhere else next time I visit Marrakech.

This is a great hotel which is very well located a short walk from the main square and souks, whilst feeling like a resort.||A week before our stay I was called by the hotel asking about special requests, a first for me after about 1000 hotel stays over my career.||Check in experience outstanding: we arrived 40 minutes early and were shown to a sofa where staff competed formalities whilst we were given cold water. We were then told the room wouldn't be available until the advertised 3pm and they provided Moroccan tea and some pastries. At 2.40 the same staff member came with the keys to say the room was ready, took us to it and showed us round. ||Room 24 was lovely, with twin beds, separate bath and shower and a good area for luggage. The space was well used. Room was soundproof and had a wonderful fragrance. It had a terrace from which, with a bit of a squeeze past some scratchy plants, you could access the pool area directly. There was a quick turndown service in the evening, which would have been improved by offering to replace the towels.||Pool and surrounds were exceptional. Pool was large and of variable depth, lots of sunbeds which were very comfortable and a large number of large sun shades meant you could choose a sunbed in the shade - as almost everyone did - or the sun. We made extensive use of the area. Staff were only present intermittently in the area and noone ever checked if we needed anything or offered us a drink, which we would happily have bought. ||Breakfast was very good with a wide choice, fresh juice and good coffee in a relaxing environment with excellent service.||Poolside restaurant was lovely with excellent food. Hotel bar also very pleasant with live music.||This was an almost perfect stay for us and we would love to return. This hotel is highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The staff are all amazing – every single one of them went above and beyond to make our visit special. The breakfast team were attentive, polite, and always ensured we had everything we needed to start the day right. The pool staff were consistently friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to the reception team, particularly Nadia and Aya, who were absolutely fantastic. They not only made check-in and our overall stay smooth and easy, but also took the time to play with my daughter, which meant so much to us. Their kindness and warmth truly stood out. This hotel has a wonderful team, and their genuine care for guests makes it a place we would happily return to. Worth every penny!

Amazing stay and the staff are warm & welcoming hosts. Karimah and Ava were fantastic with our room support and the front desk/concierge helped with taxis or any local businesses nearby. Walking distance from the souks and nearby park and restaurants. Also walking distance from Bacha Coffee!! It’s a Must visit. Overall, such a lovely stay and we’ll return in future! Thanks again!

This hotel was a wonderful find, perfectly located in the Medina and just steps from the souks. Luxurious yet sophisticated, it felt like the ideal oasis during Marrakech’s summer heat wave. The pool was a highlight — refreshing and relaxing, with attentive poolside service that made afternoons easy and comfortable.|The lunch menu was decent — nothing extraordinary, but paired with the poolside setting and genuinely friendly service, it made for an enjoyable experience. A tip for families: bring inflatables for the kids, as they’ll make pool time even more fun.|Our room was spacious, beautifully comfortable, and incredibly quiet at night. Service was outstanding — from the welcome tea and dessert on arrival (such a lovely touch to start our stay) to the thoughtful attention throughout. We especially loved having two balconies, even though they didn’t face sunrise or sunset.||Overall, this was a relaxing and luxurious stay, and we’d happily return.

Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely.
