Everything was amazing about my stay here. The entire staff was extremely friendly from check in, all the way to check out. Some staff are not good with English, so be prepared to have google translator ready to go. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful outdoor heated pool, including hot tub, palm trees, and beautiful architecture. Got the Master Suite, and it was amazing. Even had an entire SOAKING tub room!! Felt like royalty. The location is also perfect, just minutes walk away from historical center Queretaro and restaurants. My only concerns are regarding the restaurant, and my in-room shower. The restaurant was totally empty for dinner, and so it took quite a while for us to get our food. The burger was delicious, but not sure it was worth the wait or the language trouble. The shower in my room would not get hot, no matter how long I ran it. Lukewarm at best. My stay wasn't very long, so it wasn't a huge deal to me. The soaking tub water got VERY hot and perfect! I will be staying here again on future visits to Queretaro!

This well established hotel is worth seeking out. it is walking distance to the pedestrian area. Even though it is 25 years old, it has been kept well. I had room 205 and loved it. It is on the second level, overlooking the pool, comfortable with good lighting. Of special note is the large rain-shower. I was with a group and buffet breakfast was a little meager and took a while to get replenished. ||Of special note, there is a full service spa on the third floor with excellent services. The reception area is not helpful in providing information and doesn’t even have a spa menu to look at. Better to call - they are open 9am to 9pm; use ext.428 or 440. I did the “Relaxation Massage” then promptly fell asleep in my room for 3 hours.||I was with a group and the one failing of the hotel was that on an early morning departure, there were problems with providing and early breakfast efficiently and quickly.

You can easily booked the hotel via WhatsApp. The hotel is in QRO city and around 40-45 minutes drive from QRO airport. The hotel is right in the middle of QRO downtown. The staff were very helpful and supportive. Even with little language issues, they have been very friendly. The check in was easy. The room is kept in great condition. It is overlooking pool. The bathroom is well kept and it is well stock up with items. Beds are comfortable. There are not enough English TV channel. There is refrigerator in the room. They do daily housekeeping. There js restaurant in the hotel and there is made to order breakfast available as well. There is bar area and spa is on third level. The parking is not available however hotel provides valet parking option. There plenty of restaurants around this hotel and plenty of engaging walk around in the city.

We held a after wedding party brunch. The brunch menu was very extensive and delicious. They had 10 diferente plates , fresh juices, fresh fruit station , egg station with fresh egg preparation they had a quesadilla stationThe waiters service was fantastic. The venue was very clean. The building decor was great. Very nice for events. We hosted close to 120 guests.

I was booked for a 90 minute Swedish massage. I arrived 5 minutes early. I was left waiting for 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I got up and left. I explained to the receptionist why I am leaving. This is an unacceptable level of service. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this spa.

Booked a spa day for our anniversary and Patricia the “manager” double booked us, didn’t apologize and was really rude to us and actually blamed us. Imagine that when we just tried to do something nice. Ruined our anniversary.

This hotel was in a great location for walking the Central Historic District. The room was clean, great view with small balcony, wonderful shower and amenities. Valet parking was quick and convenient. Only complaint was that the "included breakfast" amounted to a choice of juice or coffee and plain toast served with some runny fruit spread. Otherwise it was very nice.

PROs: The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are clean (although ours - a junior suite - had a funny smell). The front desk seems to know English well. The restaurant was great and had wonderfully accommodating staff. ||||CONS: the biggest issue - and it isa BIG one - is security. BEWARE! They seem to give everyone a master key. Ours opened every room on the first floor. The front desk did not seem bothered by this...they said there was security at the front so it should be ok. We were there for a wedding so we knew a lot of guests, but this hardly made us feel secure. Guests feeling safe is price of admission. And this hotel not only failed on this front but seemed baffled as to why it would be a problem for us. It is clear they have a system problem that they are not properly addressing. Many of our group decided to check out early and move hotels.||||Also - there was a massive bee problem with hundreds of them buzzing around the hot tub. They did not seem concerned by this and indicated no intention to have the bees properly moved or dealt with. It was relatively cool temps, so the bee problem did not appear to be the result of extremely hot temps luring the bees to get a drink. The have a big pest problem on their hands...because I have an allergy to bee stings, I had to avoid sitting by the beautiful pool - so that was a really big bummer.||||Without these highly concerning CONS, the rating for this hotel would ave been "EXCELLENT". I was sad - I wanted to love this hotel.
