This place was an absolute disappointment. I purchased a day pass and a spa service hoping for a relaxing day by the pool and a wonderful massage, but my expectations were let down tremendously.||Pool area: The pool was dirty, most of the lounge beds were torn or covered in dirt, and there were so many bees that it was nearly impossible to relax. I was brought one drink, and no one ever came back to check on me.||Spa service: I paid for a 120-minute “experience” massage, which was supposed to include a sauna and a drink (that was not appetizing at all). The masseuse arrived over 30 minutes late, leaving me waiting alone in the lobby with no explanation. When she finally arrived, there was no introduction, no questions about preferences or areas of focus—nothing that you would expect from a professional spa.||The actual massage lasted only 30 minutes, which made no sense given I had booked a 120-minute service. Was I expected to spend the rest of the time sitting in the sauna for 90 minutes? I can barely handle 10–15 minutes. When I asked the masseuse if that was it, she simply shrugged and said yes.||At the front desk, I was told I’d receive a call to clarify the situation, but no one ever followed up. I later texted, and someone named Martha finally called me. She admitted that there were no clear details in their promotion and that others had also complained. She said she would update the brochure and offered another massage, but since I don’t live in Querétaro, that wasn’t helpful. I suggested a partial refund, which she said she’d review and call me back about—but it’s been over a week and still no response.||In short: Poor facilities, disorganized service, and zero accountability. There are far better spas in Querétaro that value their clients and deliver the experience they promise. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place—it feels like they simply take your money and don’t care afterward.||It is a shame that employees care so little about a paying customer.
