The hotell is nicely placed by the train and buss station. There is a short walk to the city center, but the staff were very helpful with tips on where to go. The room was quiet, clean, dealt big and in general good. The staff was happy to check us in early, and we got a free room upgrade.

Arrived from Lugano at 11:30am, room not available. Told to check back at 1p. Left luggage at desk. At 1p told our room still not ready and check in is at 3p, as the room was still occupied. At 2:55p told room was not ready until 3. Our luggage had been sent to room but we could not get in as housekeeping was still clean. |Once we got to room, it was a terrible room I have seen. Old plastic chairs and hangers, TV on desk size of a laptop. 2 plastic disposable cups to use for tap water. No mini bar or bottles of water. Air Conditioning not available, a note in room saying the early morning was still cool and we could open windows. Unable to switch from heat to cool. We had been out for 4 hours hiking around with our heavy backpacks and needed water and a/c. My husband went to desk and requested a different room, told they were all same. Cancelled the second night and checked out immediately. Found a better hotel just up the street. Lost the first nights charge. When we checked out they asked why we didn’t request a different room, my husband told them we did. She insisted on going over our issues in the lobby, I told her I was not going to hash this out with her there, we were checking out. They had nothing but excuses and bad attitudes.

This hotel is in the beautiful city of Bellinzona. It is directly opposite the entrance to the railway station, so it is impossible to miss. Helpful reception. It would be better to proactively offer a map of Bellinzona and the free Ticino card that you can use on the local buses. The rook was OK but there was not coffee/tea making facility, no minibar, no iron and the safe is tiny. Breakfast is reasonable but not always replenished when items are used up.

We spent New Year’s Eve at the restaurant of the Hotel & SPA Internazionale, and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated, creating a super cozy atmosphere. A special thanks to the director, who was there that evening, welcoming everyone with great warmth and friendliness. The staff was also super kind and attentive. The restaurant was fully booked, but everything went smoothly—an amazing success! During our stay, we also tried the SPA: small but functional, perfect for relaxing. And don’t miss the chance to try the dishes at the restaurant—they’re absolutely worth it! In short, a top-notch experience! We’ll definitely be back.

Central location across the street from the main train station of Bellinzona. Even though it's quiet in the rooms. The hotel has been renovated in a modern business hotel style. The rooms were medium sized and clean. The complementary breakfast offered a good variety of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, sausages, and scrambled eggs. The hotel owned restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. In the basement, you can use the complimentary spa. It consists of a steam room and a Finnish sauna. Service was friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

the spa was dreadful: 1 sauna (with bathing suit mandatory) 1 steam room 1 bathtub (not filled) - massage showers that don't work properly - arctic shower that is basically just a shower with cold water the gym consists of treadmill, crosstrainer, yogamat, exercise ball and one single dumbbell with little weight the room is not worth the price, the furnishings are cheap, no coffee machine etc. nonetheless the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was okay. for a cheaper price the hotel would be okay but it's definitely no spa hotel and the fitness in question is just a little exercise room for cardio and stretching

Not a good hotel and very overpriced. The rooms are nothing special, no fridge, no coffee machine and not pretty. The "spa" is a joke, very small and half the showers don't work if there are two persons in the shower. The steam bath stinks. Mandatory swimming trunks I didn't use the gym but its just 3 machines in a room.
