The hotel is really nice. Inside the room, there are plenty of snacks and drink in the bar area and all of them are free. The place is clean and the staffs are really friendly. They provided Arles map and explained the recommended places to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great friendly and helpful staff. We booked a Superior King Room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would book it again if returning to Arles.

We loved this hotel set in an historic building. It was so convenient for walking around the beautiful town. There were lovely gardens and a refreshing pool with a bar. It’s very suitable for families. We had a Lacroix suite which was spacious and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were well above average.

We loved our stay at Jules Cesar. The staff were incredibly friendly with us. The Pool facilities with bar/snacks was absolutely fantastic. The spa was beautiful. We are excited to stay there again.

I'm not sure this is a 5 star hotel but we enjoyed it nevertheless. We arrived after a hot train journey from Paris and it was a relief that they had a nice pool. My granddaughter loved it. We had Lacroix suite which was fairly dark and but spacious. The bathroom was very light, updated and spacious with a huge bath and shower. Everything in the minibar was complimentary - I'm not sure if that was because I was an Accor member or because it was a suite. It was situated on the ground floor close to the pool but noise was never a problem. I slept in the sofa bed which was comfortable but tricky to get in and out of. Staff were helpful and seemed well trained. I especially liked the map I was provided with at reception, and all the important sights were circled. The location was excellent - right opposite the Saturday markets and close to shops and a great bakery. We could walk to almost all the sights. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

A charming hotel in a superb central location. Very comfortable and lovely staff. Breakfast was full and good quality. We especially appreciated the garden. Gym small but OK. Beds very comfortable. Put us in the right frame for our subsequent river boat cruise starting at the quay close to the hotel.

Departed early. This hotel is average at best. Service and hospitality are absent, and at times rude. Room was not available until after stated check-in time. Housekeeper knocked on our door incessantly despite the do not disturb sign, insisting to deliver turndown chocolates. Lobby bar was consistently without a bartender. Pool area is unacceptable for a hotel of this price and badly needs a furniture upgrade. Even after we left, the front desk bothered us by calling to collect 10 euros that they failed to charge at the restaurant. On the positive side, location is terrific and short walk to the sights of Arles town.

I travel very frequently and stay at a wide-range of hotels, including many 5 star hotels, which Hôtel & Spa Jules César Arles claims to be but surely is not. We were very disappointed with our deluxe room. It was small, cramped, and the window was minuscule. There were very limited toiletries (e.g., no hair conditioner) and the regrigerator did not work, no water. Management was not responsive.||You can do much better elsewhere! Be aware!
