I would highly recommend this hotel. I would suggest upgrading to the 5th floor room with the vaults and sea view. Definitely get the breakfast as it had a very large selection of eggs, breads, pastries, fruit, cheeses and sliced meat, with a nice coffee machine to make various types of coffee so a very impressive breakfast. There is a nice patio area to eat outside. The hotel is an easy, short walk to downtown and the ocean. There are a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks if you want to grab wine or snacks. The hotel has a nice, casual lobby area with a small bar if you want to have a glass of wine or beer. The bed is very comfortable as is the bedding. The room layout is efficient and the bathroom is very nice. The air conditioning and room itself were quiet. The pool is small and it would be nice if there was a small gym to lift weights. Overall, an A+ place to stay. The staff is friendly and

Positives|+ hotel is in great location, with easy walking access to everything – old town, port/marina, town beach, fortified walls, restaurants, shopping, etc. Gym Basic Fit is literally 2 blocks straight over.|+ clean|+ very comfortable & firm bed mattress; excellent quality sheets & towels & bathrobes|+ luggage racks (you have to ask for them but they have them). Willing to remove coffee service from room – it takes up a lot of needed counter top space|+ staff is very polite, professional, and helpful. Maxim in particular was amazingly helpful. The shower floor is incredibly slippery (“glissante”), especially after using the shower gel. When we asked for a shower mat (“tapis de douche”), he understood and they delivered two to the room which helped immensely as we worried about slipping and falling. This made a big difference and we appreciate him so much for his help.|+ the hangers are “real” in that you can take them down, wash them, move them around, and use them much more functionally.|+ desk with chair|+ the living area seating furniture has been improved; last year the couch and chair were old & stained|+ small mini frig with only 1 bottle of their water in it so can use for own beverages & food|+ TV has CNBC|+ breakfast is in 2nd floor mezzanine. Staff are very polite and professional, and have been there for several years. The breakfast buffet is small but appropriate for the French Riviera – fresh romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, yogurt, fruit (best when it is sliced alone on its own, vs. cut up and mixed in a bowl), breads, croissants, sliced meats & cheese, and omelettes to order. They do not replenish much after 8:30 am and it closes at 10:30 pm. The baguettes and bread tend to be somewhat stale, vs. the baguettes of past years when they made them fresh every half hour.||Negatives|- Shower floor is incredibly slippery – it is a glossy white smooth surface and is very very slippery, causing worries about falling. We asked at the reception desk for a shower mat (“tapis de douche”), the person at the desk, Maxim, understood and they delivered two to the room which helped immensely as we worried about slipping and falling. We greatly appreciate his help and that helped us enjoy the stay so much more than we would have otherwise.|- Too much clutter and too many knickknacks. The rooms (we have stayed in several different rooms over time)|- No electrical outlets by the bed or at the nightstands, so you cannot plug in / charge your phone or any other device within reach overnight.

This hotel is very conveniently located for old Antibes with the many shops and restaurants and for the port. It’s also walking distance to the train station from where you can easily go to Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo. |Our room was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Room cleaning is thorough but often wasn’t until mid afternoon which we didn’t always find convenient. Bathroom is also spacious with a powerful shower but the floor gets very slippery. A/C cools the room really well which was very welcome in August! |The bar area is very stylish but was always quiet while we were there so a bit lacking in atmosphere. However it’s nice for a nightcap. |As other reviewers have said, the pool is small but this is the offset for such a convenient location. We found it perfectly fine for a quick dip. |I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to explore Antibes and want to be close to the train station.

Great 3 night stay in September. Staff were warm and friendly throughout. Room was exceptionally clean, modern and a decent size - balcony was a nice plus too. ||Terrace and pool area was lovely - reviews mention that pool is small which is correct however it’s more of a dipping pool which was lovely to cool off in. Pool was area was generally quiet with people so no fighting for seats here. ||Location is superb - very short stroll from the old town and felt extremely safe to wander about. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location to explore bustling old Antibes. Clean, spacious suite with big balcony. South facing rooms seem to have better views but smaller, north facing are bigger, get some mountain view but could be slightly noisier.. slept well despite facing north and nice to have the space. Walking distance (5-10min)to everything! Restaurants/patios/beach/boulangerie/convenience store-((water/snacks/beer)). Even walked to Juan de Pins which seemed like a bit more of a party place for the younglings. Walked 7 mins up the road to train/bus station, took bus and did highly recommended Le Sentier Du Littoral hike around cape, highlight of our trip but get home somehow before you leave Plage de la Garoupe.... otherwise,it's a 10km walk through neighbourhoods without water stores..Back to the hotel... Only suggestion is to get rid of annoying talking elevator computer voice giving an up to the minute play by play. Highly recommended, would stay again!

This hotel is a total WOW! The service in particular was amazing…the staff was exceptionally friendly & always helpful. The location was very convenient.. a gorgeous couple of minutes walk to the heart of the beautiful Old Town. The breakfast was perhaps the best ever with a huge number of choices that were all delicious. Lastly, we had a lovely room on the top floor with a view of Antibes’ stunning setting! It was small but still comfortable.

**“We stayed at Villa Port Antibes from 1–6 September 2025, booking two rooms for five nights at €400 per night per room (€4,000 total). While the rooms were functional and clean, they were quite small for the price. Breakfast was disappointing: a limited buffet with overcooked scrambled eggs, bacon that frequently ran out, and average pastries. I was expecting something more local and personalised (like the Indigo brand’s cooked-to-order options), but here that costs extra. You can boil your own eggs, but strangely there were no tongs to handle them. The pool area was another let-down — very few mattresses (just 3 or 4), limited sunshine after 4 pm due to the high walls, and unfortunately some unpleasant guest interactions. Noise was also an issue, as you could hear traffic and late-night singing/shouting from nearby pubs. Service was acceptable but nothing memorable, and when we asked for mosquito repellent (as my son was badly bitten), we were only given one small plug-in device for both rooms, which wasn’t very effective. Overall, the hotel is more design-focused and ‘glam’ than truly comfortable. At €400 a night it felt very overpriced, especially given that the same rooms are now listed at €180 per night. Sadly, we left feeling a bit ripped off.”**

Last minute decision to stay here and couldn’t be happier. Booked a junior suite and it was very spacious and well appointed. The AC worked well and keep the room nice and cool. Service at the lobby bar was friendly and quick. Hotel is located near old town, so a quick way to great bars and restaurants.
