**“We stayed at Villa Port Antibes from 1–6 September 2025, booking two rooms for five nights at €400 per night per room (€4,000 total). While the rooms were functional and clean, they were quite small for the price.
Breakfast was disappointing: a limited buffet with overcooked scrambled eggs, bacon that frequently ran out, and average pastries. I was expecting something more local and personalised (like the Indigo brand’s cooked-to-order options), but here that costs extra. You can boil your own eggs, but strangely there were no tongs to handle them.
The pool area was another let-down — very few mattresses (just 3 or 4), limited sunshine after 4 pm due to the high walls, and unfortunately some unpleasant guest interactions. Noise was also an issue, as you could hear traffic and late-night singing/shouting from nearby pubs.
Service was acceptable but nothing memorable, and when we asked for mosquito repellent (as my son was badly bitten), we were only given one small plug-in device for both rooms, which wasn’t very effective.
Overall, the hotel is more design-focused and ‘glam’ than truly comfortable. At €400 a night it felt very overpriced, especially given that the same rooms are now listed at €180 per night. Sadly, we left feeling a bit ripped off.”**
