The location of the hotel is great - on a quiet street but very close to all the things to see in Oviedo. And the breakfast selection was very good. ||It is surprising to me, however, that this hotel has four stars. Other than the windowless breakfast room, there were no common areas in the hotel. Our room was uncomfortably warm, especially the second night when the air conditioning stopped working, although the fan that they gave us helped tremendously. Our bathroom had no door, so the light from there flooded the entire room. Speaking of flooding, the rain shower head was impossible to use without soaking the entire floor because there was no door or curtain to stop the water. Lastly, we paid for the valet parking and then waited 40 minutes for our car to be delivered to us on our day of departure, far too long in my estimation. ||I have to believe that there are better hotel selections in Oviedo.

Hotel lacked any lounge or public facilities, just desk and lift to rooms. Spa very separate from hotel. Bookable, perhaps, at 20eu per hour. Room, "deluxe", cramped and lacked air. Air conditioning unresponsive. Good location but park nearby (15eu per day) and walk.

Very loud at night (no sound-proof windows), hard to sleep. Small hotel with narrow corridors and small-ish rooms. Breakfast is nice but breakfast room is a bit claustrophobic, in the basement. On the good side: very nice and helpful staff, very central location, practical valet parking.

This a very good hotel, right in the old part of the city.|Check-in was pleasant, room large , with a good bathroom. Lovely towels after a nice shower.|Beds large , but a bit hard. But when it’s warm I don’t need a duvet , only a sheet, so it was a sticky night.|Hardly any noise from street.|Because I do not have much breakfast, I had a coffee, pan tostado with ham and an orange juice just around the corner at Robi for just over €5,-

Room was good. Breakfast ok. Lacks a bar and restaurant but options nearby. Location excellent

Excellent in every way. Staff friendly, parking 3-min walk away (a bit dark, but spacious and easy to park), high-speed wifi and excellent spa (book ahead as it could get quite full). I also found the room decorated very beautifully, matching the spa vibe with soft spa music etc. There is a mini-bar and lots of storage space even for the smallest room we stayed in. I don't think I could find better value for the price I paid nearby in such a central area.||The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, but hotel guests can drive in to the street to load/unload luggage easily at the designated spaces in front of the hotel.||I recommend Ca'Suso nearby which serves very refined seafood. The chef/owner is very friendly and came out to explain all his creations.

I spent two days here and had a good experience. The hotel was smart, clean and comfortable. I really chose it for its city centre location and the spa. The spa was excellent, especially the sauna, which was hot! The steam room was a little too cool for my taste and the pool was small but only what you would expect in a city hotel. Breakfast was included and was fine, not exceptional but ok. The location was great, close to everything I wanted to do so all in all it was a good experience. Maybe another time I might look for more character....... but the spa was good!

Stayed here in late October for 5 nights for a work event with other colleagues and we all really enjoyed our stay. Each of our rooms were modern, spacious and with plenty of plugs/charging points for phone and laptops etc.||||The bathroom was really spacious, with de-misting mirrors, nice products and fluffy white towels - perfect!||||The air con worked really well and was needed in an unusually warm week. ||||The hotel is in a lovely location, on a pretty street surrounded by shops and restaurants but also very quiet.||||Breakfast is served in the basement - very friendly service from the hotel team and lots of different food choices.||||Reception staff were really welcoming and very helpful when we needed documents printing or taxis ordered.||||The hotel's restaurant is opposite the hotel on the other side of the street and highly recommended - amazing food! ||||There is a nice small spa located behind the main reception area, but didn't get the chance to use this due to work commitments. || ||Would I stay again? Absolutely and Oviedo old town is charming!
