Hôtel & Spa Saint-Jacques

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Our room had a lovely balcony, which made our stay even more special. The vintage design throughout the hotel is beautiful and gives a unique Parisian charm.|The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly and attentive. We celebrated my mother’s birthday during our stay, and the staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne. Such a thoughtful gesture!|Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. Overall, everything was perfect: great location, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

An absolutely charming hotel in a central location close to Notre Dame surrounded by local bistros / restaurants / shops. The lady at reception was most helpful with our requests. Breakfast was incredibly great value with a delightful spread of hot and cold foods. The hotel is on a main road so traffic noise to be expected. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This hotel is beautiful with painted ceilings, colorful artwork, and a gorgeous spiral staircase. Our rooms had operable windows with Juliet balconies, letting you check the weather and street activity below. The concierge staff helped us in so many ways, including directions to and how to use the metro, setting up our metro cards, and all sorts of recommendations. Breakfast was included and was the perfect amount of pastry and protein. Bring a swimsuit for the spa – it is included in the room cost. There is a wall mounted hair dryer, but if you have thick hair you may want to bring your own.

Saint Jacques is the most beautiful Boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. It is so quintessentially Parisian. Gorgeous decor with individually designed rooms. That Spa is absolutely awesome. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would improve is the hairdryers in the rooms as they are not very powerful so bring your own if you need to blow dry.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Hôtel & Spa Saint-Jacques from 29 September through 3 October 2025. Your staff during the check-in / check-out process, including the morning breakfast - and at all hours of the day and evening - were always available to assist with any questions. I appreciated being given recommended restaurants in the area, especially just across the street. La Petite Périgourdine provided excellent service and meals during the week.||||Also, your location was ideal, and it is a short walking distance to the nearby Maubert - Mutualité metro allowing access to the entire city. Purchasing metro tickets was very straightforward.||||In addition, I recommend you keep using your reserved car/driver system, and used it three times (airport pickup and departure; Paris-Saclay). All three drivers were on time for pickup and very professional in getting me to my location safely.||||I look forward to returning to Paris in the future, and staying at your Hôtel & Spa Saint-Jacques.

Perfectly located, Hotel Saint-Jacques was the perfect spot for our week in Paris. The staff was helpful. The room was beautiful (though a bit warm -- opening the windows helped!). And the breakfast was delicious. We were able to book airport transportation and a day trip to Champagne with their help. It was a great stay.

I want to especially thank Katja in reception (please forgive me if I wrote your name wrong!) for making our stay so lovely. Your professionalism and kindness have made this trip so much better. Impressed with how big the bathroom of our room was, plus the view from the balcony was to die for. Room was spotless! Breakfast staff also lovely.

My family was traveling together and chose the Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques. Together, we had a five rooms and found the hotel to be comfortable and charming. I shared a room with my aunt and it was very comfortable and even included a bathtub and a spacious and well appointed bathroom. We also had a beautiful wall/ceiling mural that I just had to mention. I wish I would’ve thought to take pictures but you won’t regret staying at this cute boutique hotel in the Latin Quarter. One special thank you to Doa. I personally worked with Doa many times and found her to be gracious and helpful. She answered so many questions for us as well as helping arrange restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and just good advice about planning. She was so great and we really appreciated the extra effort and care.
