Honestly ignore all the bad reviews, this place is clean, staff are friendly, yes it's a little dated but it's cheap away from the mentality of the strip near the beach and plenty of shops, bus stop and taxi rank very close. Drinks in fridge very reasonable €1 for a 1.5l water €1.50 for a can of pop.|Your room is basic just a bed 2 bedside tables a small tv and somewhere to hang your clothes, we were in 402 no view really as over looks the next building but your minutes from the sea anyway. |If you want somewhere clean welcoming to use as place to sleep and that's it this place is perfect. If you wanting 5 star with a swim up pool and strawberry dacaris maybe give it a miss.

2 star hotel with 3 star service. A bit out of the way, but not a massive walk into the Old Town. Clean rooms, serviced every day, with air-conditioning in the rooms. Staff are very attentive. I was offered a bottle of chilled water on departure because it was a very hot day. I can't fault this hotel, and I'm very picky.

Hotel rooms clean and nice size balcony |However, there were hidden fees when we arrived with them asking for a 200 euro deposit in cash so we don’t damage the rooms or smoke in them as they were newly refurbished. We gave 115 as that’s all we had but disrupted our stay as we took them to spend. Breakfast was basic Spanish food fruit was a bit off though. Close to the beach :)

Very plain and simple hotel. It doesn't try to be fancy. Airton was brilliant and the beds were comfy. Great if all you require is somewhere to lay your head. Location is back end of Old Town so 40min walk to new town strip if that's where you want to be. I was aware of €200 deposit per roo.to be paid as we were a group of lads but to only accept it in cash was a bit of a disappointment. If you just want a bed no frills then they really are comfy what more can you want.

Amazing place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is also great. Only 8 minutes to the beach 🏖️ The service was kind😇🥰 The hotel deserves more stars than it currently has

Clean hotel breakfast was basic but nice. Lovely helpful staff,special thanks for the help they gave me when husband suddenly became unwell, phoning us a taxi, sending us to the right hospital and waiting til taxi arrived even though he had finished his shift.

Very kind, very helpful, changing sheets almost every day, rooms are always very clean and neat, overall a nice small hotel in beautiful Benidorm.

Hidden fee of 200 euros when you check in and only payable by cash. Hotel staff are friendly but the fact that there’s hidden fees isn’t ideal for any traveller especially if you take euros in cash as spending money then you won’t be entirely happy about it
