Perfectly adequate accommodation. I was on business for 2 nights and this hotel more than served it's purpose. It's no thrills, and pretty basic but it's clean. The only thing I can pick on is the shower head is well used.... not grubby, just used, so if that's the only negative, it can't be bad.||The dining area where breakfast is served is decorated nicely, and has obviously been modernised. Breakfast itself was actually a pleasant surprise. From the photos I saw prior to my visit, I wasn't expecting much. There was hot food (sausage, eggs, bacon and of course... meatballs), yoghurts, fruit, bread, cold meats, cheeses, juice, tea, coffee..... all that you would want really.||||The reception was closed when I arrived on sunday, and so the keys are left in the neighbouring petrol station, which was fine. ||I had very little interaction from staff, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing.||||There is a little kitchen and dining area on the second floor, to allow you to cook your own food in the evenings.||||I really liked this setup, and think it was a really pleasant stay. I like the self catering option, and Karlskrona was an 11 minute drive away if you fancy a restaurant or bar to eat in.||||I would definitely come back, and would even bring my partner for a getaway.||||One thing to be mindful of, it is located near what looks like a trading estate in the UK, and the hotel is occupied by a lot tradesmen.... I was woken up at 5.30am by a bit of banging, no big deal though.
