Very hard to establish any e-mail communication with the hotel staff, especially if you make your reservation ahead of time. You'd have to contact their Headquarters, to get any response or confirmation. All service person are non-Czech, and the girl upfront is openly wearing a Moon and The Allah medallion, which was pretty disturbing for the Christian visitors.

We just stayed here for a week for our trip to Prague. The hotel is in a nice quiet area so it’s easy to sleep. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is good for this star a hotel. The staff are all very friendly and the hotel itself is close to many public transport points so you can get round easily! Overall would easily stay here again and plan to :) A few extra points to mention : - Let us check in early when we asked (please ask and don’t assume they’ll do this) - Gave us directions to places - Booked us a taxi for the airport home and because this was early before breakfast they made us a little breakfast package up that we could have before leaving

Hotel Anna is nestled in the residential neighborhood of Vinohrady. There are excellent restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The front office is very polite and helpful. When I told them I had to catch an Uber to the airport at 4a.m., they asked me if I would like some breakfast food to go in a bag. That was very nice!

1 Star – Avoid This Hotel! I had a terrible experience with Hotel Anna in Prague. I booked and fully paid for my stay in advance, but when I arrived, the hotel was completely unresponsive. • No one opened the door. • No one answered the phone. • No staff was available to check me in. I tried calling multiple times, and after much effort, I managed to contact someone at another hotel related to this one. However, they refused to help, claiming they “couldn’t do anything.” It was almost midnight, and I was left stranded in a foreign city without a place to stay. To make things worse, they refused to refund my money, and even the next morning right now already 10:30 got no response and refund from the management. Their website is either a scam or a horribly mismanaged hotel. Do not book here! The worst part? This is not even a cheap hotel—there are far better places for the price. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose a more reliable option.

This hotel was amazing, and I would recommend it to anyone considering going to Prague! The room had everything you needed (multiple towels, body wash, TV, safe, hairdryer, wardrobe etc). The room was absolutely spotless and was cleaned daily. It was a lovely, quiet hotel with many rooms to choose from. I stayed in a Standard Double/Twin room, which was perfect for the size and money I paid through Expedia! The hotel is perfectly situated in Prague (not too close to the town that is was loud and busy, but far enough away that you couldn't hear cars/trams). There is a tram line two roads away which makes easy access to the Old Town if necessary. The hotel is a 30-minute walk to the Old Town, with lovely scenery/restaurants if you don't want to get on the tram. I ordered a taxi service through the hotel, which picked me up from the Prague airport to the hotel and cost me 750 CZK, around £25 for a 30-45 minute drive! The reception was very helpful at answering any questions we had and was able to book anything we wanted to do during our stay. The breakfast buffet was lovely and operated between the hours of 7:30 am - 10:00 am, with a wide selection of food and drinks for everyone! I definitely recommend to anyone considering this hotel!

It’s a bit off the beaten pass and touristy areas but not too much. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is simple but fulfilling. Rooms are nice. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a charming hotel. It is located in the Vinhorady neighborhood and conveniently located nearby multiple tram stops as well as the Namesti Miru metro station. I had the most beautiful view from my room on the 5th floor. There is a school that is on the other side of the courtyard but this was never any issue. It was very quiet both in the hotel and outside. The front door locks so it is also secure. The neighborhood is more residential and not slammed with tourists which is a huge plus for me. Walking distance to many restaurants, mini marts, Drogerie and parks. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the smell of the soap in the bathroom. My room came equipped with a mini fridge, safe, heated towel rack, coffee/tea, hair dryer. The front desk staff is also very friendly and kind. It feels like you are staying right at home while being away. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but it is available until 10am. The desk closes at 9pm and after that, you are to contact another hotel for assistance or to check in. Visitors should note that and arrange for a late arrival with the hotel beforehand. And, there is an elevator! But note there is one set of stairs to the front entrance once going through the door.

Everything was great. You can have A/C optionally for an additional fee which I think is very reasonable. The street is extremely quiet. Room is very comfortable - very tall ceiling. Shower is very good. Location is great, not too far from the center, 3 minutes from the 22 tram and 5 from the metro. Good availability of local restaurants. Breakfast is very reasonable. Not fancy but has enough for a city with so many lunch and dinner options - you don't want to get stuffed before lunch anyway :).
