Hotel Anteroom Seoul

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Anteroom Seoul. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — from check-in to check-out, everyone made me feel genuinely welcome. I also appreciated the thoughtful skincare sample gift, a nice touch that felt very “Seoul.” The room was quiet and comfortable, with a lovely city view that made evenings especially relaxing. The shower was fantastic — great pressure and modern design, perfect after a long day out. The location is super convenient for shopping and exploring the area, with plenty of cafés, boutiques, and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay that I’d happily return to on my next visit to Seoul.

This is our first time in Seoul and the hotel is by far the most aesthetic yet affordable! Everything is within a walking distance and the staff was extremely helpful with checking us in early. The rooms come with bathroom essentials as well as a fridge if anyone was wondering. Update: We started noticing cracks in the walls and stains after requesting our rooms to be changed. The laundry room had a weird liquid in it which stained my white clothes.

This hotel is absolutely outrageous – DO NOT STAY HERE!|One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was leaking water everywhere – a complete mess. We asked to change rooms, but the staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Zero basic hospitality.||We borrowed an umbrella from the hotel, and it was taken by someone else while we were outside. To be responsible, we went out and bought two new transparent umbrellas and returned them to the hotel. The staff promised to explain the situation.||But guess what? After we checked out, they took the umbrellas we bought and then still charged us around $8 USD! Unbelievable. This is not just bad service – it’s daylight robbery.||Avoid this place at all costs. It’s dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete disgrace to the hospitality industry.

The hotel is clean and well-positioned in Gangnam, not far from bars and restaurants. The check-in staff were polite and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job. We had a small double room, and it was indeed very small; I wouldn't plan on staying here more than a few days. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly for a day, and the laundry room was out of service, I believe due to the holiday weekend (they couldn't get someone to come in and repair it). That said, we got a great price, and you get what you pay for. If I travel to Gangnam again, I'll probably stay at the Anteroom.

I love the interior of my room. It was small but it doesn’t feel small. I can easily store my 2 big luggage there. I am satisfied with the cleanliness. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature is easily modified. Bathroom is quite small but acceptable. There were only 6 rooms in 1 floor. The cafe on 19th floor is worth to visit. My complain was : every morning around 7 AM, the cleaning ladies talked too loud to each other so they disturbed my beauty sleep. But i still recommend this hotel.

It was an overall good stay in this hotel: location and service are good, room is very clean. Though, I wouldn’t advise for people with light sleep as it can be noisy… rooms are not sound proof and people tend to talk loud at night in the corridor or in their bedroom. If you have no issue with this, then I would recommend for one or two nights, but it’s just not for me 🙏

The hotel located at between gangnam and sinsa station. It is difficult to get to hotel if u carry heavy luggage and walk up to the hotel. There are various restaurant located close to the hotel. The check in process was smooth. The room space is enough for one person.
