I booked this Motel for 3 nights based solely on location and the pictures shown on the website. I don't remember ever leaving a hotel after one night on a prepaid 3 night reservation but I'm so glad I did. I should've known when the hotel has a "no refund" policy that they don't stand behind their product. I arrived early at 7am and told the front desk (staff and manager) that I would be happy to pay a day's rate of around $70 to check in early. I was told that I will have to pay the weekend rate of $250 to check in 8 hours early. I tried to reason with them but they would not budge. I was told that I could come back at 10am and pay W20,000/hour (100,000 won) to check in early. They gave this "option" to everyone that came after me. I guess some people may be willing to pay $250. So, I came back at 10am and paid to check in early. Don't let the pictures on the website fool you. This is not a "Hotel", it is a "Motel" Also, look at the bed. The length of the bed is basically the width of the room. You can't put 2 opened suite cases side by side. The last straw that broke the camel's back was finding hairs on the blanket and bed sheets. Ugh!!! After the first night, I found myself getting depressed about the thought of going back to the motel after my morning coffee at Tim Hortons. I decided I deserved better and moved to the Andaz nearby. OMG, I will never take Hyatt for granted ever again. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Andaz. If you are looking for a motel solely based on price and location, Anteroom may work for you. However, if amenities, cleanliness, and self-esteem is important to you, I would look elsewhere.
