I really wanted to love this hotel, and I can tell the staff genuinely care, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t what I had hoped for. The location is excellent—right across from a beautiful beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, helpful and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. We booked the Annex with a “partial ocean view,” but in reality, the main view was mostly the parking lot. Breakfast was very limited. Coming from a hotel in Croatia with abundant breakfast options, this was a big disappointment. We stayed four nights but only ate breakfast once. The biggest issue was our room. While the interior and bathroom were new and nicely designed, we dealt with a constant problem of sewer flies. At first, we didn’t mention it, but when it continued, I emailed the hotel. They sprayed the room, but the flies returned, along with a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. Housekeeping overlooked key details: the flies were not removed during cleaning, and basic items like shower gel weren’t replenished until I requested it. The exterior of the Annex felt neglected and lacked any effort to make it visually appealing. Overall, the staff’s warmth stood out but the hotel itself did not meet expectations for the price we paid. With more attention to detail and better upkeep, it could be a lovely stay.

Stayed here for three nights last week.|We had a lovely time. The hotel closes next month until May 2026 for a complete refurb.|We were on the 2nd floor where there is a terrace outside the rooms together with 3 large umbrellas by way of shelter. We slept with the curtains and windows fully open and avoided using the a/c. The breakfast was good and copious with a wide selection of foods on offer and the coffee was good. The restaurant was not open in the evening. The staff in reception were very helpful|We were sufficiently pleased to check when they were reopening as it was the most glorious location to stay. We were told that the annexe has already been refurbed and so you can get an accurate idea of what the hotel itself will be like by looking at the photos. |Corfu is possible for a weekend from our local airport and I must admit I'm beginning to consider that for next Autumn.

Located in the heart of Paleokastritsa, right on the seafront, this hotel is simply superb, with breathtaking sea views. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the area is peaceful, and everything you need is just a few steps away – restaurants, shops, parking… all you could wish for a relaxing, worry-free holiday. We needed help with reservations and car rental, and the reception staff took care of everything – incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this place! It was a truly wonderful holiday experience! 🌊✨

We stayed in the Annex for 5 days, and I am definitely going back! The annex is very modern with beautiful interior design. As it’s not on the Main Street, it’s quiet and tranquil all day. Although breakfast times are limited (8-11), it’s really good! The service was amazing and the reception is open 24/7. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there and the location was just absolutely amazing!

The hotel was fairly standard. We stayed in a newly built section, but our bathroom had a broken toilet seat, which made every trip to the toilet a ridiculous worry about falling. The breakfast was very basic—one expects fragrant, fresh ingredients like good olives, olive oil, or ripe tomatoes, but everything seemed like standard supermarket produce; there was no avocado, for instance. The eggs ran out frequently, and the service was poor. We had lunch there once as well, and it was terrible. The location was pretty good.

Stopped here for food. Other restaurants in the area are overpriced compared to the rest of the island. Our hotel is all inclusive (golden mare) but the food is awful so we looked elsewhere. Had a Greek mezze here and it was good quality and service. Would reccomend

We stayed for a few nights in the double room with shared terrace. Having the personal sunbeds looking out to the beach was a nice touch, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, the room was great. It was spacious with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and it was nice to get a free glass of Prosecco on arrival. For its cost, it's definitely one of the better spots to stay in Paleokistrisa. The only downside would be the shower, which was tiny but everything else was great.
