We stayed in one of Aquabella's beautiful suites (Garden in Provence) overlooking the swimming pool, cathedral and Mt. St. Victoire in the distance. Each suite is colorfully decorated according to a theme, and offers lots of room. The bed was truly one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel, and there were plenty of towels in the lovely blue tiled bathroom. However, we were not provided with a small face towel, so be sure to bring some with you as there are none in the hotel. Our suite was very quiet too, and featured automatic exterior black blinds to provide a dark room for sleeping. |The only disappointment for me was the breakfast, as the "omelets" were tasteless and spongy, plus the bacon was only half-cooked. However, there was a fresh fruit bowl, a cheese and meat tray, granola. and plenty of bread and pastries, plus roasted potatoes.|This hotel is right next to the old city and its markets, restaurants, museums and shops. A perfect location for exploring and enjoying the old city. I want to commend the excellent front desk staff who were on the alert for our late suitcase delivery, especially Michael and Lucas. Also want to thank Clara Martinez who made dinner reservations for us in nearby restaurants. The hotel's restaurant dinners are delicious and outmatched many of the restaurants we tried.
