Hotel Aram, Jamnagar

Review for Aram Hotel – Gujarati Thali (₹500) I recently visited Aram, known as one of the biggest hotels, expecting a memorable Gujarati thali experience. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The food was not served warm, the taste was very average, and the delivery of items was not up to the mark. For ₹500, the quality and service felt extremely overpriced — the thali seemed worth no more than ₹150. I had high expectations but the overall experience was underwhelming and not at all value for money. Definitely not recommending if you are looking for authentic, fresh, and satisfying Gujarati food.

Very Poor service 1. They dont pick up phone to book table , After lot of trouble You get number from some google voice call which gives number of manager. Manager hardly pick call. 2. Service is such a slow that you feel to order sweetdish from starting drinks. Snacks are not served warm/hot. 3. Forget about people listening to you, staff is busy in mobiles, Gossips and they will not hesitate to stare you and your collegues. 4. Just for the sake of cost cutting ... Customers are disappointed. 5. Taste - better alternatives are available in Jamnagar

We visited Aram Hotel with family for a special dinner. Sadly, our experience was ruined when my sister-in-law’s vehicle was found missing from their parking lot — parked right under a security camera. When we asked to check footage, they casually said the cameras were not working. The staff were careless and had no idea how to handle the situation. No decision-making, no support, just random responses. We even asked for the gatekeeper's contact or name — shockingly, nobody knew who he was! This is unacceptable for a hotel of such reputation. No working security cameras, no staff coordination, no professionalism. Very poor hospitality. Highly disappointing and unsafe! Absolutely Not Recommended .

The food is exceptional, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. The staff provide outstanding service with genuine warmth and professionalism. The ambience is warm, elegant, and welcoming, making the overall experience truly memorable and enjoyable for all guests

We felt very good and impressive service. Roof top excellent. Staff also too much supportive and good behaviour.we felt very satisfied.

I had a wonderful stay at Aram hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. They have great variety in food, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience—I’d definitely stay here again

Just love the hospitality and ambience plus I received special birthday gift as complementary...... Food was so tasty 😋 jalepino balls and Italian Pizza was yummy......🫰✨💫 Thankyou so much for everything...... Everything was so perfect so I don't have any suggestion to say.
