Hotel Aram, Jamnagar

We had lunch at Aram with family. What a wonderful experience it was. The Gujarati thali is very flavourful and served with love. The quality of the food is sensed in the taste of every dish. What adds to the experience is the amazing serving staff ! Ajaz managed our table and was especially kind to my daughter! We loved it and would recommend to everyone

Itis a very good restaurant with amazing ambience. Food is so delicious and the service is marvelous. Here a guy name Ajaz is very Good communications and treats the all customer very well. Even helps in food suggestions.! I am very happy this hotel is available in jamnagar with a good staff. Visit once.

The fact that the 360 degree restaurant doesn't have a 360 degree view tells you a lot about the hotel. It claims to be a heritage hotel, but the only heritage parts - the facade and the small wooden staircase, are being strangled by new developments. I had booked a deluxe single but was very disappointed to find it had no window. I was shown a second, this time the window, at the back of the hotel was a foot or two from the new hotel that is rising at the back and therefore let in little light. I reluctantly paid a lot more for an Imperial Suite which although is very luxurious, it is brand new and hardly heritage. The hotel is clean, well run and the staff very good but be aware that the promotional photos do not accurately show the hotel.

WE went there for dinner with a big group of 20 people; Service was good & food was nice too. Food came in at a reasonable time too. It was reasonably priced too. Parking was a big issue around the vicinity

I have been dining here for so many years. I like the atmosphere and food also and I have to praise Mukesh Kumar & his team. My family and I have been served by him & his team for many time, and he is truly outstanding. He's always so attentive and kind, and he makes us feel appreciated. Thank you buddy. You deserve special recognition !

We went for a meal at the rooftop restaurant based on the service we had on the ground floor restaurant. The rooftop food had very limited items on from the menu. The service was absolutely shambolic, the service was mega slow and the staff need to be trained in hospitality. The staff were absolutely lousy at PR excerise, smile were a rarity. They forgot to order my cousin's dosa and would not admit their mistake. Very few items from the menu were available, basic food s like rajma curry were not available. I had to request the cobra mosquito detergent 3 times before they provided it, I nearly walked out of the rest. The restaurant lacked positive vibes and charms. I will NEVER step into that place and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
