Recommend an executive room as so much bigger than a standard for not much extra cost. Our room had a sofa, chair and desk as well as lots of storage space and a mini fridge. Walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Good air con. WiFi was good. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Breakfast was fairly simple cold buffet but adequate. Location was OK. Safe. Plenty of eateries around. Most sights were at least 30 mins walk but subway is just around the corner and an uber ride even to La Boca is only around 7,500 pesos. If you are looking for city hotel with no frill for the price paid Arenales is a great deal.

Hotel Arenales is a really clean hotel with very polite staff. The only negative is that we could hear the elevator, which was really noisy. Great location,s satisfactory breakfast. Also, Juan Manuel went above and beyond to help us get a taxi as our app had problems and we still did not have local currency. A++ on his service. ⭐ Thank you for your service.

Good hotel, close to the subway station and Alto Palermo shopping. The room is good, we expected more for the price we paid. The attention of the staff is good (Ezequiel explained to us how to get to know the city, he recommended a very good restaurant and he was always attentive to our needs, we are very grateful to him) the breakfast is good, you have to request scrambled eggs if you want them.

We arrived at the hotel by midday after a 14 hour flight and the receptionist straight away informed us that as the room was ready we could get it immediately - no need to ask or beg. |The room was perfect for what we needed and in a great location. |Big comfy bed and a powerful shower. Only negative is that the aircon wasn’t very efficient.|Sadly we had to checkout before they started serving breakfast, but the cafe on site looked great if that’s any indication of what breakfast would be like.

The staff have been very helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The hotel is on the same block as the Aguero station which allows for cheap travel througout the city (85 pesos for the travel card and 12.5 pesos per journey).||Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant, and consists of an excellent continental style buffet breakfast. I would not hesitate to return here again.

I stayed only one night because it was full. It seems to be a really nice hotel. The staff are very kindly what is a quite rate at Argentina. The room is really nice. It is really new and cozy. The breakfast is complete and again, the staff is really cool. I really recommend it.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast charming and fresh. But elevator doors have to be operated manually which results in a lot of noise. Rooms clean but lacking comfort as outlets are rare and not usable without adapters. Quality of TV picture miserable.
