Hotel Ariane

Cannot recommend this family run hotel enough. Fabulous rooms, very comfortable, spacious and stylish. Bar and lounge area is welcoming and friendly. If you order a hot chocolate in the bar it comes with a little pot of homemade advocaat. Excellent breakfast too. Highly recommended you stay here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Ariane Hotel in Ypres from 12 to 14 December for two nights. The hotel is very nice, with a central location and the added convenience of parking. The staff were friendly, the rooms cosy, and the restaurant and bar were excellent and a real highlight of our stay. The only drawbacks were a very strict check-in time of 15:00 and an issue with room cleaning: although staff clearly entered the room, it was not cleaned. When this was mentioned at reception, the only action taken was providing fresh towels.

Another wonderful stay at the Ariane. The hotel is always innovating but at heart, always provides a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The new (for 2025) breakfast experience is superb. Choices galore to suit all tastes and requirements. Freshly prepared hot food as well as delicious, freshly made pastries....I could go on and on! |The restaurant continues to serve top quality food with professional and friendly service. The addition of more local beers, van 't vat, is a bonus for beer lovers.|The suite we stayed in provided us with everything we could want for a busy week's holiday with our little dog. Reception are extremely friendly and are always at hand to help with information or to book an appointment with a local vet to satisfy travel requirements. |For us, it's like a home from home.

Dear Ariane team, thank you so much for the marvellous stay we enjoyed between 15 and 17 December 2025. The room was perectly kept, the hotel breaths warmth and the staff make you feel at home right way! I can warmly recommend this hotel. Do enjoy the copious breakfast, have lunch or supper in the restaurant, and taste a fine drink at the bar. Ypres is a very interesting site to visit so, do not hesitate any longer and book at Ariane.

Weekend stay. Very friendly staff and lovely hotel. Liked the decor very much and some very interesting WW1 displays. Bedrooms were very clean and beds were lovely and comfortable.|Hotel is close to the centre so easily walkable for most people but also in a quiet location.

This is a really lovely hotel. Superb location, rooms are excellent, but most importantly all the staff seem to be very happy to see you. Has to be the best hotel in Ypres by miles. I have stayed here before on a umber of occasions, and it is always the same very high standard

What a great hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and well designed rooms. Great location, less than 10 mins walk into town centre. We booked a 'Comfy' double room, which was extremely well appointed and with all the facilities you would expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast was superb, with a great selection of hot & cold food and better than many 5* hotels I have stayed in. Can definitely recommend when visiting Ypres!

we stayed here a couple of nights while visiting a few sites around Ypres. I highly recommend this hotel the staff was friendly, kind and responsive . the room was clean and very cosy with a practical layout , really a nice place to stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner in the restaurant one night , which was up to the same high standard. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and energized ... highly highly recommended
