An Excellent Hotel for a City Break in Ypres. Short walking distance to the Centre and easy car parking at the Hotel. Friendly staff and excellent Service in all areas. Comfortable bedrooms. The Best Breakfast Buffet and Chef on the Egg Station. |We ate for 2 nights in the Hotel with Pre Dinner drinks in the Bar. Excellent Food and Service. Tasty sweets with Coffee. Outside Terrace lovely outside for Drinks if lucky with the sunshine as we were. |Happy to recommend a stay here.

We only stopped for one night but everything was excellent. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Hotel public areas and rooms were spotless. Love the picture in the bathroom facing the mirror (if you want to know what it says you will have to book a room to find out) the mini museum of WW1 artefacts was very interesting. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Just love this hotel. Stayed here twice now and it lived up to all expectations and went beyond. Fabulous rooms, comfortable, spacious, well designed, spotless and love the decor. The hotel staff are warm and friendly, professional and fun. I cannot wait to come back next year. Wouldn't stay anywhere else went visiting Belgium.

The hotel is, without doubt, the best place in town. People are helpful and service is very friendly and good. Rooms are comfortable, clean, cosy and good beds. The restaurant ís excellent, really good, in welcoming surroundings. Inside as well outside. The terrace near the waterstream is inviting to have a drink before dinner. |In all, we were pleasantly surprised and we can absolutely recommend this place.

My wife and I have been staying in this fine hotel nearly every year for the past 10 years. Every year there seems to be an improvement that adds to the pleasure of our stay. This year it was the modernized breakfast room that sets a standard for other hotels to emulate. The staff is exceptional and contribute so much to the success of this hotel. I regret that there is not an Ariane Hotel in every town that we visit.

We stayed here for three nights and were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional in all areas - reception, bar and restaurant - and the accommodation was excellent, with a huge, super comfortable bed for a great night’s sleep. |The location of the hotel is perfect, with a good sized, secure car park for those who choose to drive from the UK. The main square is literally a five minute walk down the road directly opposite the hotel, with all Ieper’s attractions and restaurants easily accessible from there. |We particularly enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor seating area, which was the perfect place to relax with a beer (of course, it’s Belgium after all 😊) after a day’s sightseeing or learning more about the poignant history of WW1’s impact on the area and its people. |This was a really good choice of hotel for our short visit to Ieper and we will definitely stay here again when next in the area. |Many thanks to all at the hotel.

A really good small hotel: comfortable beds, well thought out rooms with plenty of storage and easy to use light switches and other things you need. The staff are polite and happy and the restaurant is excellent. Very highly recommended. The hotel is well placed a short walk from Ieper town centre.

Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Quality has been the watchword for the 40+ years I have been visiting it. Recent investment makes the accommodation top of the range. The food is first class. The staff strive to make everyone feel special.
