Hotel Ariane

Exceptional hotel with attention to detail. We stayed in a beautiful bubbles room, which was lovely. Everywhere was clean and the staff were friendly. We chose to take breakfast which I believe is newly renovated. Again excellent selection, breads included spelt and sourdough and there was a wide range of juices including grapefruit which seems to becoming harder to find in hotels. A good range of milks including oat and almond. Meats, cheeses I sampled were delicious and I think homemade butter. I chose tea and as a tea expert, I was impressed by both the teas and the way it was presented. 10 out of 10 well done!

What a fantastic hotel. We loved our stay here. It’s well situated for walking into town and has great rooms and very nice bar/restaurant. And if that’s not enough, the staff were all excellent. I can’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere where everyone was so friendly, they are a real credit.

Extremely welcoming hotel ideally located a short walk from the main square. Staff on reception & at breakfast were cheerful, supremely helpful & spoke fabulous English! Spotlessly clean rooms- tho a little 'flatpack' Ikea in style.|Fascinating little museum of WW1 artifacts in the lobby area. Would return.

The staff always greets you with the warmest welcome, enquiring as to your travel from England. |Our rooms were ready when we arrived and both had free upgrades.- at no extra charge ||Dropped cases in room and made for a relaxing drink in the gardens ( first time we did this as we usually stay early December) Staff all recognised us, welcoming us back like old friends. Most staff speak 3 or 4 languages and slip between these with ease. ||Ate in restaurant 1st night and the whole table had the paella - what a feast followed by strawberries and cream ||Hommel beer and mandarin cocktail /espresso martini highly recommended ! ||Breakfast buffet first class and the renovations to the restaurant have made a previous crowded space very relaxing . ||Hotel so clean, staff welcoming and go out of the way to assist in any way they can ||Looking forward to seeing them all again in December

Wonderful 4 night stay at The Ariane. We are return customers, and will return again in the future. Staff are outstanding. Rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurant and food are excellent. Nothing to dislike about this place. Perfect base while exploring the WW1 Battlefields.

I had such a lovely experience at Ariane Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs cooked to order – a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Belgium

We stayed here for two nights during Ypres Lotus Day so the hotel was busy but it still felt relaxed with plenty of seating for breakfast - the buffet was excellent - and in the bar.||The was generally space in the car park but there was also free street parking just outside too.||It's only a five minute walk to the Grote Markt. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff are superb, friendly and can’t do enough for you. Hotel is excellent, very clean, superb location and best nights sleep we’ve had for a long time, comfy big bed. Definitely would recommend.
