Perfect location 5-10 minute walk to Cloth Hall where there is bars, restaurants and shops located in and around , however the hotel has a pleasant and comfortable bar ,where can relax , location is also excellent for going out to visit the many memorials and cemetery’s from WWI and museums in the area, Tynecot cemetery and Hooge Crater museum and cemetery are some places that are a must visit whilst visiting.|We found the hotel to be spotlessly clean throughout , staff extremely welcoming and friendly , no question was any trouble and the assistance and information provided was first class.|Room comfortable , clean ,modern and quite.|Parking is on site and we was allowed to park little longer on the day we checked out as we wanted to go out and about in Ypres to take in the excellent market, and visit the Menin gate to take some daytime pictures having been there the evening before for the last post.|This was our 3rd visit in a row to Ypres we usually stay at another place , however we thought we would try the Ariane Hotel and are glad we did , can safely say on our 4th visit to Ypres will definitely look to stay at the Ariane as it ticks all our boxes ,for those who have not visited before , don’t want to add any spoilers there is an interesting display to see.|There is something that draws us back to Ypres , it has a special place in our hearts , the town, the people and the history are some of the many reasons and our recent stay at the Ariane is another reason why we are already planning a return.
