Hotel Arma Court

I stayed in Mumbai for 2 nights. The service was great. The receptionist are kind and friendly. There is a restaurant on the ground floor super convinient for early morning. The location is great, close to the airport and close to railroad station. Room was good, clean, disinfected, a.c units working and bathroom was clean along with towels and bedsheets.

It is good if want to just sleep at night , washroom was clean , ac have no control although it was cooling well no issues ,tv was just for name , staff was cooperative, full privacy .

Rooms livable but poorly maintained, not convinced if they clean or not. The sheets were barely white, had to cover my pillows with my own clothes. A/C was as loud as the horn noises outside, it was humming like I just turned on a particle accelerator. Service, the guy on front desk barely speaks English and frowns like he doesn't want the job (bizz quit). Staff barely speaks English so I did not avail any food on there, nor connected my gadgets for the wifi (except phone). Location is bad, around the slums area, very sus location, the only good thing I can say was that the Railway Station walking distance so I can go anywhere I need to for cheap fare (like Colaba). Just sleep there but be careful of your belongings. All my luggages had locks and GPS, my gadgets can be located and insured as well so I was kind of relieved about staying on hotels such as this wretched place. I can get a better hotel in the Philippines with the price range they're demanding.

I booked Hotel Arma Court for 23 Dec for 1 day stay but I didn't stayed for 1 hour due to small size of rooms and pest control done by the hotel and cleaning the trash in front of me. I check in around 2 pm and then the staff started to clean my room. If possible I would have given 0 stars to these Hotel Arma Court aka a Scam in Bandra . After asking for refund they didn't even gave it and were quarreling with on it. Please don't book this hotel 🙏. And save your own money.

*Location* - walkable distance to Bandra railway station and it is nearby to the airport T1 *Room size* - Very Small even unable to stand and walk *Price* - Very high As per cost and does not worth it *Cleanliness* - Very dirty rooms that I have ever seen that much dirty hotel in my life *Room Service* - Very poor.I had stayed there for 3 days not even a single day room was cleaned and bed sheet were changed.No one even asked about it. *Surrounding Atmosphere* - Not good and noisy even at mid night *Overall* - before booking room here think thousand times and now I think that may google reviews has 0 star rating option

Waste good for nothing. No cleaning. Bad rooms. Poor fascility. Staff is arrogent. Just booked so stayed. Never suggest for any one

I have to rate minimum one star, if I was given the option, I would rate this hotel (-)5. They are in wrong business, must visit a proper hotel, get traing and think multiple times before considering hotel business. As per size of the rooms and prices, a 4 star hotel will be cheaper. I had the worst experience in my life , since I was traveling with my family and I arrived early morning, so had no choice to look for other options. Staff were really cordial and helpful. Entrance was so bad and dirty. Zero space at the reception, I can go endless describing the drawbacks. Size of rooms were so small that bed occupied the entire space and we could hardly move , either keep lying on the bed or sitting on the bed. Complete jugadu types. Strongly not recommend.

Mr owner. We feel cheated coming to your hotel. Managers and staff in duty take no accountability for their job. I am pretty sure u don't know what's happening in your buisness, with all due respect. We had to change our hotel . All the best
