Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. Brilliant location overlooking the square. To be recommended for a visit to Ponferrada. Big spacious room. Air-conditioning worked well|Didn't try the restaurants but I imagine they would be very good

Bedbugs, got bitten all over, awful experience! Staff was very blasé about it, just took a note and didn't offer a discount or even a sincere apology. Otherwise an OK hotel, though decor is pretty dated and price a bit high for what it is. Good location in town centre.

This was a very lovely room. It was a bit older place but very well maintained. The room overlooked the square so it was a bit noisy but I didn't mind that at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Ponferrada again! The breakfast, which was included, was really good.

This was a stop on our Camino journey. The location was great - right on the square. The room comfortable and fairly large with a BATHTUB! Great to soak after many walking days. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

One night stay only with a group of 19 and overall pleased with this small hotel. Location is good with paid parking offered in the square very close but also was free parking about 100m away. Restaurant was able to cater for gluten and lactose intolerances at very short notice and staff very pleasant.

Rooms are a bit tired - you have to ask for sink plugs
