Hotel Arya Niwas

We stayed here for 2.5 days and loved every bit of it. It’s a heritage property Haveli renovated well into a modern amenity style hotel. The rooms are so pretty and well maintained. There’s beautiful block print curtains and sheets and paintings and motif in the room and in the entire property. It attracts tourists from all over the world we did observe, owing to the comfort, old world charm it provides, it’s well known. We loved eating at their in-house restaurant Chitra. There’s a grand buffet for breakfast which has home style delicious food and lunch and dinner from a la Carte. You can also rejoice, have your breakfast at their beautiful lawn and canopy. There’s so many activities that you cannot get bored, Yoga in the morning, an astrologer who visited the place, and at their reception you’ll get information about every tour / activity in and around Jaipur from A to Z. Also really appreciate the glass water bottles, recycleable paper dustbin bags and ceramic shampoo bottles, first time I’m seeing a hotel take such initiatives in favour of the environment. There’s also a lounge which is so beautiful and painted in fresco art, a gift shop with local artifacts and clothes store.

I had a wonderful time during my 3 day stay at Hotel Arya Niwas. The location is perfect to visit all the tourist attractions. The property is very well maintained and the staff are polite and cooperative. It's a beautiful property and the outside lawn is amazing to have some fresh air and quite time. The food in the cafe is delicious especially the Indian cuisine. And the entire property is well maintained and clean. Overall, a great experience.

These are my observations: 1. Location in the city. Near to railway and bus station 2. Food is very good. Breakfast has lot of options 3.The lawn area is very nicely maintained. 4.The cultural programs at the breakfast and dinner were good 5. There is very less noise around the hotel. Sleep quality good 6. Family rooms are spacious and value for money

Is it a polished and new hotel with funny named toilette articles? Definitely not, and you know what I don't care about fancy looks. In this hotel I got to understand the real value of amazing service. Ask for one of their better rooms, as they are larger and are usually located in a more quieter part of the hotel. Arya Niwas is an oasis right in the middle of busy Jaipur. I was traveling with my wife for honeymoon. We loved the garden, the food, all the offerings there were. In this hotel you can feel that people love what they do and they do it with purpose fueled by sustainability and love for humanity. Thank you for you hospitality!

The hotel is centrally located in a busy area of the city. Though old property but well maintained. Superior rooms are ok+ type. Service is prompt. Food is good. Dinner in the lawn a good experience. They also arrange live music performance.

This is a traditional style hotel set in a quiet street in beautiful grounds. Our room was. Spacious and clean The beds were comfortable. The shower did not have a detachable shower head, which I prefer, but you get used to it. The TV had multiple channels, some in English including BBC news. Wi-fi coverage was good |There is a superb restaurant which even serves Western food such as pasta, chips and pizza (a nice change from endless Indian food). The prices are reasonable.|The staff are friendly and efficient, even showing me how to work the TV. Unlike some places in India, they have good health and safety practices, such as highlighting steps. The hotel is disabled friendly.|I would recommend this hotel, situated near the city centre.

This was our third visit to Arya Niwas and there are so many reasons to come back. The facility is meticulously decorated and maintained with spacious public areas to relax in. The management is top notch and responsive and the staff are well trained and always ready to assist. The food in the restaurant is tasty with a wide menu to choose from. Furthermore the prices for the rooms and the food are quite reasonable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and everyone will feel at home. We’ll be back!
