We had a truly delightful stay at Arya Niwas in December. The hotel is charming and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable that we had the most restful sleep of our entire trip in India. We loved the wide variety of food they offered in the restaurant; it was delicious and fresh. The staff were polite and helpful. It would be remiss of me not to mention the library which is picturesque and tranquil. Ultimately, Arya Niwas offers a level of comfort and convenience that surpasses many of the flashier hotels we’ve visited.

We stayed in Arya Niwas for 3 nights a couple of weeks back. The property is within the center of the city so that it is well connected with the main attractions in Jaipur, but also very well-placed just outside of the chaos. An old Haveli has now been turned into a hotel which has spacious (& high) rooms, clean bathrooms, a well-decorated and cozy garden area, a neat rooftop access and most importantly great staff and good food. The overall environment of the property is very calm and during the weekends and holidays one would experience the cultural performances in the afternoon and evening. Overall, it was a great stay for the 4 of us (incl 2 kids). This property also attracts a lot of foreigners due to its cozy and calm nature.

The place is a taste of hertiage itself. A renovated heritage mansion building, the rooms, the atmosphere, the staff, the service is impeccable! Every corridor, lounges, cafe, garden and the rooms were very aesthetically decorated with local culture, I was so inspired by it. They have cab services, spa, lounge with library, daily activities, garden with live music from local artists - all of this gives such a great experience! As a solo women traveller, I really really appreciated the service and sense of security here. It's 3-4km from the city center making commute easier and also away from the noises.

A True Gem Amid Our India Travels Arya Niwas, Jaipur. After staying in multiple cities Delhi, Haridwar, Agra, Mathura, and Vrindavan during our trip ,many of the other hotels we stayed in during our journey were quite hopeless, with Agra being the worst. Poor facilities and basic issues like no curtain separating the shower and toilet meant the entire bathroom was soaked after every use. Arya Niwas was by far the best hotel experience we had. It felt like a breath of fresh air after some very disappointing stays elsewhere.l The hotel is spotlessly clean, calm, and extremely well maintained. The staff are genuinely warm, helpful, and welcoming, always smiling and ready to assist. You truly feel cared for here, not just checked in. The food deserves a special mention, absolutely awesome! Fresh, tasty, and comforting, especially after long days of travel. Arya Niwas felt like a luxury retreat, even without being flashy. Arya Niwas stands out for its cleanliness, hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent food. If you are visiting Jaipur and want a place that feels homely, safe, and well run, this hotel is a must-stay. Highly recommended we would return without a second thought!

Hotel Arya Niwas, Jaipur is truly one of the best places to stay in the city. The hospitality is exceptional and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable perfect for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The staff deserves special mention: extremely polite, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The food is another highlight fresh, wholesome, and homely, giving you that comforting “home-cooked” feel. Every meal feels thoughtfully prepared. The location is prime, making it very convenient to commute to all major attractions in Jaipur. In the evenings, you can enjoy your meals with soothing live/slow music, which adds a calm and pleasant vibe to the experience. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options and great taste definitely something to look forward to each morning. Overall, Hotel Arya Niwas offers the perfect blend of comfort, warmth, great food, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur whether for leisure or family trips. 🌸

This is beautiful hotel in a local area of Jaipur very near one of the gates of the pink city. The hotel is historic : something about the interiors reminds British colonial era but it's deeply deeply Indian. It's just fantastic! There is very nice a curated garden where you can enjoy their cuisine at any time of the day and during weekends you can enjoy local music shows. If you prefer they even have a nice rooftop terrace. The staff is friendly and attentive, it's probably the best part of Arya Niwas. All the drivers connected to the hotel were also really professional. The surrounding space of the hotel is also OK but it's not a central area so it's a bit dirty and there's not much you could do at night. In the end I can only recommend this place, it's like a little paradise, example of highly professional India hospitality.

The hotel has a wonderful ambience, and this was our third stay here. While our previous experiences had been excellent, this visit fell slightly short of expectations. The food was not as flavorful as it had been during our earlier stays, which was disappointing as it had been one of the main reasons I looked forward to returning. Dinner, in particular, did not live up to what I remembered, although the breakfast was still very good, as my dad noted. This time, I booked a single occupancy room for my father, and it felt much smaller than expected, quite cramped and a bit suffocating. Everything felt very tightly arranged, and the service also seemed slower compared to our past visits. That said, many of the staff members continue to be warm, courteous, and wonderful, which is truly appreciated. Despite the small single room, I would still recommend this hotel, especially for travelers from abroad or those who prefer less spicy food. The ambience is serene and peaceful, making it a relaxing place to stay. I would happily book this hotel again in the future, though definitely opting for a double-occupancy room next time.

We stayed here for 2.5 days and loved every bit of it. It’s a heritage property Haveli renovated well into a modern amenity style hotel. The rooms are so pretty and well maintained. There’s beautiful block print curtains and sheets and paintings and motif in the room and in the entire property. It attracts tourists from all over the world we did observe, owing to the comfort, old world charm it provides, it’s well known. We loved eating at their in-house restaurant Chitra. There’s a grand buffet for breakfast which has home style delicious food and lunch and dinner from a la Carte. You can also rejoice, have your breakfast at their beautiful lawn and canopy. There’s so many activities that you cannot get bored, Yoga in the morning, an astrologer who visited the place, and at their reception you’ll get information about every tour / activity in and around Jaipur from A to Z. Also really appreciate the glass water bottles, recycleable paper dustbin bags and ceramic shampoo bottles, first time I’m seeing a hotel take such initiatives in favour of the environment. There’s also a lounge which is so beautiful and painted in fresco art, a gift shop with local artifacts and clothes store.
