Hotel Astoria

Great location and pretty rooms. No great view for basic rooms Also service could be better. I came to the hotel with my wife, booked a room a few days before but there was no additional set of towels. Also in our 3 night stay we received only 1 bottle of water

The hotel was absolutely lovely and beautiful, with elegant interiors and a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay,|in a nice area. |However, I feel the breakfast needs to be addressed. The selection was quite limited, and the quality did not match the overall standard of the hotel. Improving the breakfast experience would truly make this place exceptional.

We stayed for 1 night. The hotel is very nice and spotlessly clean. It is in a nice location, easy to walk to the centre of Barcelona. The room was very nice and quiet with a great shower and everything we needed. The breakfast had a good selection. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in May. The basics were excellent - the room was clean, very comfortable beds and great pillows. We had a lovely drink enjoying the views of the city and my daughter loved playing in the little pool. ||The best thing though was the kindness of the staff. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were there, we were surprised with a delicious chocolate cake at breakfast! Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent hotel, very clean, beautiful reception area, helpful staff. Everything was great. |Room was a good size, plenty of storage (we had an upgraded room). Cleaned every day. Bathroom was spacious, with nice toiletries provided. |Didn’t have breakfast included , but paid on the first morning for a hot breakfast. It was ok but quite a small portion and very expensive for what it was. Also it was a long wait to get hot water for tea but maybe I was just unlucky. |We found a couple of little cafes nearby where you could get a reasonably priced coffee and croissant for breakfast. |I loved a roof top terrace with lovely views over Barcelona. A very small pool is a nice addition but you can’t really swim in it : I used it as plunge pool (it was cold in April) which was a great start of the day for me..|Location is fantastic , 30 min taxi ride from the airport, in a quiet residential street and within less than 10 min walking distance to the metro station that serves two lines which can get you to many landmarks within 10-15 minutes. |All in all we had a great stay at Astoria hotel Barcelona and hope to come back.

Spacious clean rooms, good service and a nice place to stay. Location from museums and tourist attractions is a bit of a walk (30 mins) but quiet and preferred. Would recommend

Lots of art work!!! Very clean and neat and convienent. I had coffee and husband had the tasty breakfast. Great coffee places with in 5 min walk . Also some food óptions close by. For kids , McDonald’s 5 min away. Desk staff was friendly and informative. He even helped us with how to bring down the window shade. Not fancy but definitely a comfortable,quiet and clean and we would totally stay again.

Stayed with a friend for 4 nights. |The hotel is very clean and elegant with wonderful art filling the public spaces. |The reception staff were attentive and very helpful, booking a taxi for the airport and arranging sandwiches as we left early before breakfast. |The room was comfortable and just large enough. Twin room had no space between the beds - we might as well have been in one bed. |White company toiletries which was nice. |We enjoyed the breakfast which was more than sufficient. |I would definitely stay again.

Location: great Room: spacious and comfortable Breakfast buffet: outstanding This spot was cheaper than many nearby hotels and honestly couldn't have set us up better for our stay. We opted for the "breakfast buffet included" which was definitely worthwhile and one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever had. The hotel also comes with *free access* to the Egyptian Museum which is a great bonus!

The best part of this hotel, in my opinion, was the location. It was located in a great section of the city. Close enough to everything without being stuck in the super touristy part of the madness. The room was small but very nice and kept clean. The staff was friendly. They get the 4 stars for all of the above reasons. Nothing exceptionally mind blowing, but it did the job. I wouldn't mind staying in this hotel again if I returned to Barcelona. Go and ENJOY!!!

Truly a gem. An awesome experience. Hotel staff was really accommodating. They went above and beyond! Room was comfy roomy and sensational!

What an experience! My boyfriend and I came to Barcelona for a couple days and absolutely loved Astoria. The rooms were great, staff is super friendly, and the location is pretty close to everything. Check out time is 12pm, and our flight didn't leave until 7pm that evening. They were more than willing to hold our bags for us while we went to grab a bite to eat, and also let us hangout at the pool until we needed to leave. Thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend to anyone who comes to Barcelona!

Good hotel super friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and modern. Free wi-fi i would definitely go back to Barcelona and check in this hotel again.

Great club. Nice atmosphere, very nice decor, friendly personel and very service minded host. Good food, great mojitos (a bit too great haha) and fast bartenders. We organised a private businessparty there till 11 and afterwards the club was open for everyone. Had a great time and im considering spending new years eve there as well.
