Hotel Astoria Park

Great place for it's central location. Lots of bars the beach is a few minutes walk. Good pool on roof along with sauna and steam rooms. Rooms are clean. Room rates are ok

I qas apprehensive about this hotel given some of the reviews. But I didn't think it was a bad hotel. Yes cleaning could improve and my room did smell of drains some of the time. The bed however was the comfiest I've slept in! Even better than my bed at home! The food was average, standard buffet but the scrambled eggs were delicious 😋 ||Location was not bad, very convenient for me! Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The place is central, it’s really near the beach and stores. But you won’t sleep a second because of the noises made in the hotel, you can hear people walk or talk. In the mornings the service was really bad by a few people. Didn’t even say good morning. We were embarrassed a lot because the staff said everything out loud. The food was decent. The main reason I gave the hotel 2 stars was because my younger son that is under 18 years got served alcohol because they staff didn’t understand English. He asked for a non alcoholic drink and got alcohol in it. The hotel should be ashamed, what if a person were allergic, or what if a person with a religion forbidding alcohol drunk it without knowing it had alcohol. The hotel is in Europe and should follow Europe restrictions!

I changed rooms because I wanted to be nearer the Spa but unfortunately the room I got had no balcony but on the plus side it had a lovely bath .Spotlessly clean with cheap food and drinks and the fridge was massive so we were able to fill it with nice treats .I also bought a small kettle. This Hotel is lovely and worth the money .Right beside everything and a Lidl round the corner too.Cant fault it .So far so good ...

Terrible food, flights on the food , dirty bathroom ( we found women hairs in the bathtubs) , yellow bathtube. Drinking water not included to the meals , never experienced that before, small pool. For 4* hotel I do expect much more. The only one thing which was good there is friendly staff, and good location. That’s way I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Avoid !

We booked a room at Astoria Park hotel in Lloret de Mar and we had great experience. The food is amazing, and always fresh. The rooms are very clean, they are changing towles all the time, with bath supplies. The stuff are very kindly. All recommendation to this hotel. We will book again for sure. ☺️

Had only opened for the week end. A well run, clean hotel. They had a dance on the evening we arrived, for elderly people, as usual, the older folk know how to enjoy themselves. Good evening. Only problem, no meals owing to short period open for, but, not a problem, a few restaurant bars in the vicinity. Parking, the Hotel has spaces in the underground secure carpark within a short distance from the hotel.

Just as a starter, the Hotel staff is really trying but with mediocre results.||After booking we asked the hotel about their parking and didn’t get an answer. The hotel got own parking places for reasonable prices but they were booked out hence we had to go to a 1km distant parking for 20EUR per day. ||Check-in was ok, the room is actually nice, clean and modern. And breakfast is good and a great offer. Now the problems:||The hotel is in the middle of quite a lot of clubs, the noises can be heard through all of the windows until at least 2-3 (nothing the hotel can do about it).||The pool on the roof is great with two jacuzzis and a small pool with a great view. However hotel staff doesn’t enforce their rules (dogs in the pool area, at least not in the pool). Face masks while being in open area (or face masks half heartedly put)||No additional services like arranging trips, some music etc. elevators really limited so you might need to wait 15 minutes with your luggage as again Someone actually wanted to go up but was called down and needed to stay in one of the two elevators (and they are small). Dogs also seemed to be allowed throughout the hotel and with the clubs next door are not the happiest (at least they calm down rather quickly after barking). ||TV Spanish only even so the hotel has really international guests... ||Would I book the hotel again? No, is it bad neither... but I think for the party folk it is too expensive and family oriented, for families too loud. My bad Lloret is still Lloret.
