Had a good experience sleeping at this hotel . So so close to Pub streets and main areas , although it was close but the rooms are so peaceful. However the rooms only have a dime light ( yellow light so its dark) but you can get all the bright light by opening the big curtains. I prefer the low light so i was enjoying it and have no problem. Also a few mosquitoes so be also careful or you can request the hotel to use mosquitoes spray in the room before you check in if you have no problem with the smell.

I was here for 5 nights first I booked only 2 nights for working purposes hotel very kind to provide early checkin because I travelled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap night time and arrive early than checkin hours, after the exhausting journey when I get in the room it was surprisingly with the design which I like and feel so comfortable with the bed and the setup. Bathroom and Toilet was separate so it’s easy for me or other travelers traveling for 2 people. The aircon was working well and the environment in this hotel was freshly along with green plants. Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. If you talk about location this hotel is the best surrounding by many restaurants, pharmacy, old market and the most popular place is PubStreet. After 2 nights stay I decided to extended my stay for another 3 night without hesitate. Good value for your trip in Siem Reap

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked my stay three months in advance for a their cozy concept room because I wanted my trip to be well-planned and stress-free, avoiding any last-minute issues. Despite this, when I arrived, I was told they had no record of my booking. To make matters worse, they had already given the room I booked to another customer who reserved through a booking app—even though I had made my reservation via their Facebook page and paid a $70 deposit at the time of booking. They offered me an alternative room at one of their property nearby, claiming it was of the same concept, but it turned out to be completely different and looked more like a basic guesthouse. They also promised the same amenities as my original booking (including 3 beds), but when we brought all our luggage up 4-5th floor to the room, we discovered it only had 2 beds. Frustrated, we had to carry everything back downstairs, request a refund, and cancel the booking. At that point, they suddenly offered to provide a 3-bed room, but we had already had enough. This left us no choice but to urgently search for another hotel, which was incredibly stressful, especially since we are in town for a marathon event and most hotels were fully booked. This level of mismanagement and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service or an stress-free stay.

The location in the town area is perfect, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room had mosquitoes, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was still acceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Atelier Hotel in Siem Reap. Located in the old town, the hotel’s beautiful Greek style perfectly matches the charming laneways around it. The staff were incredibly attentive and met all our needs while backpacking through Asia. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Siem Reap.

I stayed twice at Atelier, and have since recommended friends to stay here too. What's not to love? It's great value for money. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated midcentury style. The building itself is in a charming old shophouse with classy interiors. ||The hotel is a family-run business by real Siem Reap locals, so you can be sure that the staff knows everything about the city -- where to eat, where to get tickets for the circus, how to book a tuk tuk to get around. ||Above all this, it's situated close to Phsar Chas (Old Market), close to the riverbank where street food vendors offer cheap but tasty local fare, and just a stone's throw away from Pub Street. Everything interesting can be easily reached on foot. ||Even if you don't want to venture too far, the tiny alleys behind the hotel are also filled with other charming local businesses -- handicrafts (Very Berry), artisan cafes, bars (Harry's, Luuna), brunch (Sister Srey). || Highly recommended!

The staff is nice. But it’s not enough. Completely unprepared to deal with clients. They don’t speak English well and the info you ask or receive get lost at the shift. They don’t have breakfast but they have to ask some restaurant around to prepare it. But if you check out and leave early in the morning, then your request get lost and they aren’t able to prepare not even a coffee. The guy in the morning not understanding English enough. In the room there is no real balcony. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for it. No tv working. The tap in the bathroom was not fixed well and swinging. Noise of voices of the staff too early in the morning. Big amount of mosquitos. I would rate this place two stars. Really too unprepared. A four stars hotel is something else. Location very close to a terribly touristy city.
