Great find for my trip in Siem Reap. We booked a room with a balcony and had the view of the local temple. No elevators in this building so I definitely got my steps up during my stay. They have one room on the ground floor I believe so that is an option for those with elderly family members or young children. The room isn't brand new and is a little worn but this didn't bother us. I appreciate their effort to revamp the room. The decor is nice nonetheless. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I am an Australian Cambodian so it was great that I spoke the language but needed local suggestions still as I was not familiar with the area and where I could find specific things such as tailors etc. They also have a restaurant in the old market (3-5min walk from the hotel) and you could order food and have it brought over to the hotel if you wanted. This was a great alternative as they don't have an in house restaurant however given their location, there were plenty of local cafes and restaurants near by. Location wise - perfect. A stones throw away from pub street, old market and the riverside so easy to get around. At the end of my stay, I needed to leave some things for a local friend to collect after my departure and the reception staff were very kind and accommodated my request without any issues. Only downside is sometimes in the evening, our bathroom started to smell like sewer. We just tolerated it. Our fridge didn't work but we didn't need to use it so never brought it up with management. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

It’s a French colonial-style building with a stunning facade and a great location—really, really close to the night market and, of course, Pub Street. One thing to note is that parking is a bit limited, as you can only park along the street in front of the hotel. Also, the hotel is a 3-story building with no elevator, so anyone traveling with elderly guests should reconsider or plan accordingly.Aside from those two main points, everything else was great. The hotel room and overall environment are definitely recommended!

From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Nice Room and The Hotel has a great vibe also near Pub-Streets that make us easy.

Had a good experience sleeping at this hotel . So so close to Pub streets and main areas , although it was close but the rooms are so peaceful. However the rooms only have a dime light ( yellow light so its dark) but you can get all the bright light by opening the big curtains. I prefer the low light so i was enjoying it and have no problem. Also a few mosquitoes so be also careful or you can request the hotel to use mosquitoes spray in the room before you check in if you have no problem with the smell.

I'd stayed just 3 days & 2 nights. Early check in available immediately without waiting. They communicate you through booking app so you could request what you would like to in advance. Staff are also nice & friendly. Easy to communicate. They could arrange tuk tuk driver to look around Angkor Watt with affordable price. The driver is also very nice & really helpful. Hotel location is also great. You can walk around night markets, pub street etc. Also near convenience stores & restaurants. My stay in siem riep was very satisfied. If I would visit siem riep again, I definitely would stay there again.

I was here for 5 nights first I booked only 2 nights for working purposes hotel very kind to provide early checkin because I travelled from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap night time and arrive early than checkin hours, after the exhausting journey when I get in the room it was surprisingly with the design which I like and feel so comfortable with the bed and the setup. Bathroom and Toilet was separate so it’s easy for me or other travelers traveling for 2 people. The aircon was working well and the environment in this hotel was freshly along with green plants. Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. If you talk about location this hotel is the best surrounding by many restaurants, pharmacy, old market and the most popular place is PubStreet. After 2 nights stay I decided to extended my stay for another 3 night without hesitate. Good value for your trip in Siem Reap

I absolutely loved it there. The price, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff was top notch. The design of the place is really cool as well. Plus there’s a resident cat!

They don’t clean your room, not sure if we had to request for it, but no one mentioned it during check in. The ac automatically turned off when we left the room and sometimes it just turned off on its own. You can find better place for the same price.
