The front desk staff at this hotel were extremely poor! They were arrogant, rude, and never smiled. They showed no respect and treated guests unfairly.
We arrived at the hotel and parked in the first parking lot. There were plenty of spaces available, and there were three vacant spaces in the second parking lot.
1. Front desk clerk Daniel was extremely rude. He claimed our car might block other guests' parking, even though there were at least seven vacant spaces available. His unreasonable claim was unfounded. He then pointed out that we were parking outside the hotel, not in the hotel parking lot. I paid for my stay, which included parking on site, but the front desk staff didn't provide us with a suitable, secure parking space. This was extremely infuriating. Finally, we met a kind hotel staff member who allowed us to park in the first parking lot.
2. Daniel, the front desk clerk, ordered us to park our cars within four minutes after delivering our luggage to our rooms. Why did you limit me to four minutes? It's completely unreasonable and disrespectful to guests. The hotel has no control over their staff, which is extremely disrespectful to guests. Even the general manager didn't care about this matter and didn't apologize. This hotel has serious problems.
3. The hotel has seven vacant parking spaces, but they didn't allow us to park. This is unfair! Why can other guests park, but we can't?
