Hotel Atithi

Very poor service and extremely unprofessional management. They don’t even know how to talk to guests. The room didn’t have proper lighting — the main light wasn’t working, and when we complained, they literally told us to get ready using our mobile flashlights. For every small issue, we had to call the reception multiple times. Totally disappointing experience.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever (Big No To This Hotel) This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. The rooms smelled terrible, the bedsheets were dirty, and overall hygiene was completely lacking. I strongly advise against staying at Hotel Athiti. Think a hundred times before booking — you will regret it otherwise.

I stayed here yesterday as part of a group tour of Northern India. Having read previous reviews and because my stay was booked through a third party, I had some trepidation.||||I was pleasantly surprised that everything about my stay was spot on. Breakfast was great, my room was spacious and clean, with Aircon. Staff were polite and helpful and there are good facilities such as a laundry service, room service, porters and a swimming pool.||||I can't understand why this place has bad reviews, perhaps it has drastically improved over the last few months, in response to those reviews, but I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The best thing is the location and the private ghat. Food quality is good. The complimentary breakfast has very limited items. Things to improve: This property is in need of some renovation. In my room there were damp walls, also the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low.

The nature of the staff is very good. I have been staying here for 3 years and I would like you all to stay here too.

We had to change room because of building work in the corridor beside the room which made the bathroom fill with black detritus. ||The new room.was better but the toilet flush stopped working several times and we had to ask for assistance.| |There is building work taking place close by and the room is often noisy because of a nearby disco.||The breakfast is unremarkable. The coffee is not nice.||The rooms are spacious but poorly fitted without coat hangers and certain furnishings are old. It is not very clean. ||The staff are quite helpful.

It is very pathetic experience. Staff behaviour is very rude & arrogant. Most of avoid to stay here
