Hotel Atithi

We had to change room because of building work in the corridor beside the room which made the bathroom fill with black detritus. ||The new room.was better but the toilet flush stopped working several times and we had to ask for assistance.| |There is building work taking place close by and the room is often noisy because of a nearby disco.||The breakfast is unremarkable. The coffee is not nice.||The rooms are spacious but poorly fitted without coat hangers and certain furnishings are old. It is not very clean. ||The staff are quite helpful.

Atithi Hotel is My Nightmare My stay at Atithi Hotel was beyond disappointing. Towels were yellow like turmeric, which was absolutely revolting. The bedding felt like something out of a cheap dormitory. The bathroom was no better—it resembled a railway station toilet, filthy and poorly maintained. Hygiene and cleanliness were non-existent, making the entire experience unbearable. To top it all off, they didn’t even have an iron available anywhere in the hotel. How is any professional supposed to stay here and attend meetings looking presentable? The service was equally terrible—unresponsive and careless. This place is not fit for business or leisure travelers. Avoid at all costs!

**Very Disappointing Experience - Worst Hotel Stay Ever** I recently stayed at Hotel Atithi with a group of 8 people during our holiday trip to Agra. We were looking forward to a peaceful stay after a long day of sightseeing, but unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. When we checked in, we noticed posters of a marriage ceremony happening in the hotel, which we thought might cause a little noise, but we didn’t expect it to be such a major disruption. On the morning of December 17th, at 5 AM, we were rudely awakened by loud Dhol (drum) music being played in the hotel lobby. The noise was so unbearable that it surely woke up every guest in the hotel along with 8 of us in two different rooms. We waited in hope that it would stop, but it went on for a full 45 minutes, disrupting our sleep and ruining the start of our day. To make matters worse, the hotel management was completely unresponsive. We raised it with front desk, but no action was taken. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, and it was clear that they did not care about the comfort of their guests. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we were paying guests looking for a peaceful stay. The lack of professionalism and poor management was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Hotel Atithi to look elsewhere, as they clearly do not value their guests' comfort or provide any kind of basic service. I will never return to this hotel and will make sure to warn others about my terrible experience. I wish I had ability to rate zero stars. Even though room service and rooms were OK, but I now don't care about them after this experience.

Photos can be deceiving—and the ones listed for this hotel certainly were. Nothing matched the reality, from the surroundings to the rooms. Cleanliness and maintenance were seriously lacking, and to make matters worse, the cushions and bed upholstery were dusty. The food was average at best. I would never recommend this hotel.

I am staying here for two days with my family. Few things I didn't expect that hotel manager is not able to arrange a dental kit which is being asked since first day and they keep on telling that it's coming in 5 min. Rather telling wrong commitments, they can say no that it is not available, so that I can arrange by self. Now hotel manager is not responding to call. Pathetic.

Cannot recommend Hotel Atihi unfortunately. Dirty room (bathroom mouldy, bins were full), dirty sheets, WiFi does not work in the room and a private party continued until 12.30am with very loud music and a heavy base. Nice breakfast however.

Had a wonderful stay. Hotel is clean and hygiene

Uncleaned rooms. Half of the seksteen in my company got ill because of bad food. We will never come back
