The staff here were so friendly and helpful. They helped me get organised, booked things for me and even let me check in early and out a little late. |They helped room was small but very comfortable bed and it had a sink and hair drier. The shower and toilet were literally next door|It was what I expected from the photos I had seen on line. |So close to the main square it was very easy to find my way home. But just far enough away to be peaceful. I slept really well each night. I would definitely say it was great value for money and would recommend it very highly. It was simple and basic but very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and in a great location. I would stay here again

We stayed in the family room (5 people) with two double beds and a single bed. Was simple but comfortable, ideal as a base for exploring Marrakech as it’s right near the El Fna square. There was a fan but no A/C, and only a small window into the courtyard, but the room still felt spacious enough. The hotel is well kept and the roof terrace is nice.

The location was absolutely brilliant right in the center. |Hotel was clean I would recommend having a private bathroom.|Towels are not changed we stayed 3 nights and no towels were changed. |Keep in mind there is no safe or fridges in the rooms.|The staff are very polite and helpful.

Bathroom smells so bad cant stand it and it's really dirty, got the room cleaned and still the smell is there. Exchanged rooms next day smell is less but still so prominent!! Don't go here its disgusting...

The hotel room was a bit small but very clean and well maintained. It was a little difficult to find our way around the hotel, but the reception staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay

Nice staff. The riad is beautiful and very clean. I will go back again. Although some guests were noisy. It is inside the medina and close to everything. That's also a plus. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are very kind and welcoming.

The rooms are very small, cramped and smelly. Don’t expect any amenities in the room…its just a bed and a small table. Because of the washbasin in the room it smells quite bad and we had to air out the room frequently . It doesn’t look like the pictures for sure. The receptionist was nice and the location is really good, just two minutes walk to medina otherwise not a lot of good things to say. If it wasn’t that we were unable to find another adequate hotel, we would’ve changed from this one when we saw it.
