Hôtel Atlas

Nice staff. The riad is beautiful and very clean. I will go back again. Although some guests were noisy. It is inside the medina and close to everything. That's also a plus. The reception is open 24 hours. The staff are very kind and welcoming.

Everyone was very friendly and our experience in the hotel was very good. It has a very cute rooftop that you can catch also the sunset there. The breakfast was AMAZING and it was also very cheap! Very central also so you can go to the market near!

The rooms are very small, cramped and smelly. Don’t expect any amenities in the room…its just a bed and a small table. Because of the washbasin in the room it smells quite bad and we had to air out the room frequently . It doesn’t look like the pictures for sure. The receptionist was nice and the location is really good, just two minutes walk to medina otherwise not a lot of good things to say. If it wasn’t that we were unable to find another adequate hotel, we would’ve changed from this one when we saw it.

Customer service was appalling, the receptionist was not welcoming at all. When dealing with payment I felt rushed. My sister and I were trying to just split the cost whilst trying to explain this he spoke over me, tutted and moved my hand away from the money. very unprofessional and just plain rude. If it wasn’t 1am in the middle of the medina I would’ve looked for somewhere else to stay. The rooms were dirty, there was tissue under the blankets from god knows who, the sheets smelt of cigarettes which as a non smoker made sleeping hard. The shower- I’ve included pictures… mould on the ceiling and curtains. It was nice that they were able to print my boarding pass (I paid) before heading to the airport and held my bags (I paid) whilst I explored the medina for a few hours but even this not worth it.

Good location very close to the medina and the main square quite a bargain for the time I I spent and paid for the room. I liked the decor and atmosphere. I only wish that I knew how to get here on my first day as I came from the opposite direction. Because there were a lot of suspicious men outside trying to scam me. But I had a good time here it’s a real good way to experience Moroccan culture and lifestyle.

Nice hotel with very good location. Smaller room, but it was enough for us. We loved the terrace.

The staff are amazing, security on point, clean tidy and cheap for all budgets, I travelled with three kids and used shared bathrooms, I really can't say a bad thing, a true gem in Marrakesh, for sure I'll be back floor one is our favourite.x

Amazing location! Our room was clean & comfortable. It’d be better if the staff talks quietly in the mornings.
