The staff are amazing and friendly. Ceilia (sp?) (who speaks 8 languages) was incredible and helped us with everything. The room was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend getting a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and balcony, very much worth it! There is also a rooftop balcony which is great. It's easy to get around from here. There is also breakfast on-site and a great little fast food restaurant next door called ''Le 66' which is also great and open late. I highly recommend this place!

We loved this hotel. From the complementary coffee machines and water refills to the excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and stylish comfort. ||The pretty roof terrace with loungers, comfy seating and views of the Eiffel Tower (check out the light display on the hour at night) was a delight, as were the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, including the cleaners. A really lovely, comfortable quality place. ||We didn’t locate the pretty town square until the day we were due to leave, even though it wasn’t far at all! We should have asked at reception. Great bistros, bars etc there. ||The hotel is only moments from the tramline and so cheap and easy to get around Paris from there, also great for the nearby shopping at La Defence.||Will be back for sure!

Our stay was very pleasant mainly because of the helpful staff who attended to our needs without hesitation. Breakfast was good and the location is right next to a tram stop. Pro tip: if you’ve had a long day in Paris and don’t know what to have for dinner, this hotel has a rooftop with a view of the Tour Eiffel. You can order in and have a nice little picnic with the Eiffel in the background.

The hotel's in a great spot, like a minute from the tram station! The room was good and clean! The reception folks were super nice 🙂 but the room was boiling! I don't think the AC was working, and we couldn't cool down. They say the rooms are soundproof, but they're not! Plus, the bar was in the breakfast room and wasn't open. The pool table was missing a ball, and we couldn't find the cues. And, sorry to say, the breakfast wasn't great 😐 but the rooftop terrace was cool for seeing the Eiffel Tower!

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff on reception. Hotel is close to a metro as well as buses and if you like walking there’s a lovely 1.5 hour walk to centre. Although the balcony we had wasn’t what was shown in the picture at the travel agents we still had a small space at the back which was nice. They have a nice area where guest can sit outside and see the Eiffel Tower in the distance, which is nice in the evening if you’ve had a long day and want to just relax. Would recommend if you’re not fussy about staying close to the city.

The Happy Hotel lives up to its name, the staff are all super friendly and helpful. We stayed here to see the Hockney exhibition as part of a driving tour, of N France, so chose it because it's on the west side of town and has a car park. Easy to find by car and parking well priced at 12 euros a day. Location is fine, it's a tram and then metro into town but only takes ca 40mins. Room was good, comfy bed and very quiet at night. The hotel has a terrace with a fine view over Paris.

We stayed at this hotel in June with family, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve had to date. On the very first night, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working—despite the sweltering heat outside. When I contacted the front desk around 10 PM, I was told that the lone staff member on duty could not do anything unless the hotel was literally on fire, as per management instructions. We were told the issue would be addressed the next day. The following day, we were moved to a much smaller room, which had a broken mirror and was noticeably unclean. By that point, I was exhausted from the poor service and chose not to report it, especially since most of the front desk staff had been unhelpful and at times rude—except for one courteous young gentleman. At checkout, I requested a refund for the first night and was told to email the hotel director. When I did, the response was incredibly defensive. Not only was my refund request denied, but I was falsely accused of breaking the mirror and leaving the room dirty. They even sent photos of used towels on the floor—as if guests are expected to fold towels before departure. If you're planning a trip to Paris and want to enjoy your stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The experience was not only disappointing, but also a complete waste of time and money.
