Hotel Aura Grand Amritsar by Levelup Hotels & Resorts

Don't lure by the positive review on Google , it's a paid review third class hotel ever seen.... Complete paid promotion shows 4 star hotel but in reality it's not upto 1 star hotel. Please humble request to all not a book this hotel. Not single good thing in this hotel... 1.The location is not at all friendly for own car , its in a very narrow street and not on main road. 2. Hotel is under staff so you will not get services fast as expected hotels. 3. Everything is chargeable although they didn't charge me for room heater but heater was blower which is not good for oxygen level - so we didn't use it. 4.Food is not at all a healthy and quality is below par. BIG RAT MOVING AROUND THE DINING AREA. worst food ever. 5. Said 24 hour hoy water is coming but no hoy water in hotel only normal water is available. Normal water they said it's a hot water. 6. They have tiedup with travellers agent so they got good booking we also trap in this. In short not a single good thing in this hotel

Rooms is too comfy they even provide good service .washrooms are clean. Food is tasty and yummy. Specially try there sweet dish and veg gel freezy even chicken. Overall hotel is too aesthetic and beautiful. Bathroom is too clean and all well maintained even they serve hair dyers. Abhishek chaudhary chef

Location is best. Everything is nearby. Staff is supportive and guided us in all ways, not only for the nearby locations but also for our emergencies. Rooms can be more neat and staff should check all basic required assets available before guests check in. Had to call 2-3 times for small things. Overall a nice experience.

Dusty rooms, very hard water in taps, no hot bath water in winter season!?, extremely dirty doormat. You have to keep reminding to get towels, lunch etc. Basic things. First room they gave us was as good as attic. No hot water kettle. Second was bit spacious but still not very clean. Only 1 ltr water is given free. Breakfast n dinner was good enough. Rest could use major improvements.

I've had a fabulous experience at Aura Grand.The stay and the staff were excellent and cooperative and so was the food. Highly recommend this place to the ones who are planning their Amritsar trip.

This place is a complete disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff at least listen to your complaints, but unfortunately, they seem just as helpless as the guests. The property and rooms are incredibly old and run-down. The rooms are stuffy, smelly, and filled with broken or malfunctioning amenities. It's simply not worth the daily rate of over 500 rupees. The attached photos speak for themselves. This is a hotel that desperately needs renovation and better maintenance. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

Everything is chargeable although they didn't charge me for room heater but heater was blower which is not good for oxygen level - so we didn't use it. 4.Food is not at all a healthy and quality is below par. 5.extremely overpriced at least 4 times what's they are offering. 6. They have tiedup with travellers agent so they got good booking but if you are booking individual there is nothing for you in the hotel.

We had booked 2 premium rooms for 3 nights and checked in late in the night. What followed was a nightmare! Rooms were stinky with dirty linen having cigarette ash all over it. The rooms were severely infested with cockroaches and they were roaming all over. As it was pretty late in the night, we had no option but to adjust for the night. The first thing we did next morning was to find another hotel and check out. Although the hotel had offered to upgrade to a suite room, we could not trust them as basic hygiene was not maintained. Overall, definitely not recommended unless they improve their hygiene standards.
