Hotel Aura Grand Amritsar by Levelup Hotels & Resorts

Food area very unhygienic, toilet and kitchen in same area, no staff there is no question about support, took language by self to room, very dirty dining area with bugs and flies. Wrong and promoted reviews I can give negative star if I could. Hotel was very bed. Dirty toilets, no staff, we have to carry language ourself. Very congested area. No parking area. Only two towels were provided for booking of 4. Extra mattress was provided at 11:45 after requesting too many times. When we were living the hotel my 9 year old son has to use washroom on ground floor he see that toilet was full of shit.... he was shocked. We have never seen this type of dirty hotel.

Deluxe room is not at all in a good condition. This cannot be a 4 star property. Window AC broken and when you switch On the AC it will make lot of noise and you cannot sleep. The room size is 5x5 box. It gives feeling that you are leaving in a matchbox room with no facilities. TV not working, you cannot even walk in the room. I think the hotel management should look into it and improve the quality of rooms as 4 star hotels. For me it was my worse experience. As a costumer I request you to upgrade the quality of room. Terrible hotel. We picked this hotel based on online reviews. Big mistake. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, but in reality this is barely a 2 star. Don't be fooled by the numerous positive reviews. This hotel is on a very narrow lane. Our car could not even get near the hotel. You have to navigate a narrow dirty lane to reach the hotel from the main road. The corridor space near the rooms is littered with dirty linen and other items. We spent an hour at the hotel, then we booked another hotel and left. We did not dare try the food there, so cannot comment on the food.

We reached out to them on a very short notice for an early check in, they were generous enough to allot a quick accommodation. The hotel room was clean, spacious and bright. The staff was helpful and humble. Would recommend staying here if visiting Amritsar

As the name suggests, Hotel Level Up seriously needs to improve its standards. The room we were given was extremely cramped — barely any space to walk or open two suitcases. What you see in the pictures is totally misleading. The AC made a loud, scooter-like noise, and the fan regulator didn’t work either. The entire room was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. Mats looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The lift was tiny, poorly maintained, and felt claustrophobic. The approach road is a narrow gully where only one car can pass at a time. The only plus is that it’s about 10 minutes from the Golden Temple. Everything else was a letdown. Would not recommend at all.
