Title: Excellent Service and Selfless Hospitality! I visited Milan for the first time in my life and wandered for 3 hours unable to find a room anywhere. I had just returned from America and was there due to a missed flight. That night, there was a big concert in Milan, and all the hotels were full! When I arrived at this hotel, I met three brothers who, unfortunately, did not have a room available for me. However, their hospitality and kindness were unparalleled. They dedicated their time to calling many hotels, trying to find a solution for me and to assist me. Although we couldn't find a room, they called a taxi and sent me to the city center where there were larger hotels with the hope of finding something available. The service they provided was simply wonderful. I have no words to express my gratitude for their kindness and dedication in helping a stranger in a difficult moment. If I ever return to Milan, I will definitely choose this hotel for my stay and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you again for the excellent service!

The hotel was innough just for one night, at a good price. Room was clean and just comfortable. Bathroom seemed new. Bed was not very comfortable but ok. The whole place seems to neee a refresh, its kind of old and looks dark inside. Also we bookee a room with breakfast and when we arrived, the receptionist told us they served no longer breakfast. Thanks to Trip we got refunded for breakfast.

The hotel’s location is very good. The personal is very friendly and kind. A great experience for a great price.

Location is good on Corso Buenos Aires a nice area which is far enough away from the seedy streets around Milan Centrale station but still near enough to walk there, and to the Duomo. Quite expensive for what you get which is a very small room. Air conditioning needs revamping. But the staff are pleasant and there is always someone at reception.

This is a very standard room with few amenities in a good location. It is a manageable walk from the train station and is close to several tourist destinations and lots of restaurants and a really great cannoli shop is a two minute walk away.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. Located within 15 min walking distance from the Milan central station. The AC was not not working. So had the bear the mesearable August heat. And the lay out of the hotal is bit confusing. The staffs were doing their job halfheartedly. Not recommended. Price is reasonable

For a one star hotel it was much more than I expected. The staff greeted us with a smile and was polite and helpful. The room was normal size and had shower with a toilet inside. We were given towels and the sheets were clean. The room did not have fire alarm (which was a big plus of course). The breakfast was included in the rooms price and it was served in the local cafeteria couple doors next from the hotel. The coffe there was top notch. All in all this was the best hotel during my three day stay in Italy.
