Hotel Aurora

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of Verona. The staff are just so friendly and helpful, the location is absolutely perfect for exploring. The rooms are not huge but they are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Loved everything about this hotel and we will definitely be visiting it again

Hotel Aurora is lovely. It is located in a fantastic location, right in the centre of the old town. Despite the bustle of the location, the room was very quiet and we had a fantastic sleep. The hotel staff are incredibly lovely and helpful. Breakfast was really nice with lots of options. The lady attending the breakfast service was so efficient, replacing anything that had run out and asking us if we needed anything. It's a really solid hotel and exceeded our expectations.

Handy location. Lovely little hotel and staff so nice and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights but would definitely stay again. Breakfast had so much choice and Lovely to take on the terrace. Just right in the square. Just a handful of stairs to negotiate to reception then there a lift. So just be aware if you have heavy suitcase. Reception so helpful. Thank you

We loved starting our day with breakfast on the rooftop overlooking Piazza Erbe, and in the evening we'd get a cocktail from their bar and enjoy sitting outside on the same terrace. The location right on the piazza was ideal, with many restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to the historic sites. Our double room had a window facing the piazza, but with the window closed, we were never bothered by any noise. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We were in a double room, which was comfortable.

What a great hotel in a superb location! The reception was very welcoming and they even upgraded us to a large room with a view of the piazza. Everything is within close walking distance except the train station, which is about a a ten minute taxi ride. The only downside is a lack of outlets to recharge phones, but that seems to be common throughout Italy. Would definitely return, but spend no less than 2 nights to explore this great city!

Stayed at this wonderful family run hotel with my husband for his birthday.|The stay couldn’t have been better. The family are so welcoming, kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect. ||Situated in Piazza Erbe you can walk to most places very easily. Lots of restaurants, a market and shops on the doorstep.||The bus stop is nearby is you fancy a trip to Lake Garda, we were glad we made the effort.||The hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the dining room or on the first floor terrace. The breakfast gives you ample choice with lovely coffee. ||The best part of the hotel is the people, nothing is too much trouble. My husband and I left feeling that we had made a connection and we will certainly stay again.||Thank you all for your warmth and kindness.

We arrived in Verona to an AirBnB nightmare and found Hotel Aurora out of desperation that immediately became the place we will come back to when in Verona. Albergo Aurora has a family run feel. My favorite part is leaving your key are the desk and the attendant having it ready when you get to top of the single flight of stairs to the lobby before the lift to your floor. It feels intimate, like you are known, and belong here. The staff and breakfast are both friendly and approachable. Cabs are at the ready out front most of the day. The terrace overlooking the piazza bustling with activity is great people watching with a bottle of wine before dinner. The rooms are cozy but well appointed with everything you need. Better for singles and couples but small families or those ok with bit of spread will do just fine. Please be considerate of others if you are leaving or arriving late. What started with a miss turned into a home run. Don’t look any farther; book it, and explore.
