We had the most wonderful experience at Avani Milan thanks to Beatrice at the front desk and Tina the housekeeper. After an exhausting 8-hour flight, we arrived around noon expecting to wait until the usual check-in time. Instead, Beatrice warmly welcomed us and kindly arranged for us to check in early. This small gesture felt absolutely heavenly after such a long journey and set the tone for our entire stay. Tina, our housekeeper, also deserves special praise. She kept our room spotless, refreshed, and always added thoughtful touches that made us feel truly cared for. Her attention to detail and kindness did not go unnoticed. Because of Beatrice and Tina, our stay at Avani Milan felt more personal, comfortable, and memorable. Their service reflects the very best of Italian hospitality, and we are so grateful. Highly recommended!

Very nice experience, very comfortable: every person there was super efficient, kind and ready to help. From the front desk, to the house keepers, to the breakfast and restaurant, to the gym and spa. All the big and small things that make one feel “cared for” were in place. Highly recommended, I will book there for sure in the future, although I have been told it is in high demand so it isn’t so easy usually.

I had a great stay at the Avani hotel when in Milan recently. I spent nearly two weeks in the hotel and loved it. It's in a great location within walking distance to the metro, restaurants everywhere, and shops close by. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay - giving me some great hints and tips about the city. The spa was a nice surprise which I used once and it was fantastic. Breakfast was very good and had a wide range of selections to start the day. I had two rooms throughout the stay and both were great. Slightly small, but not inconvenient when travelling solo for business. The rooms I had were ok to work from as well which was handy. Beds super comfortable and heaps of amenities. Would come back again if travelling to Milan.

Stefania from the reception is awesome. Great service, friendly, helped with an early check-in. Even a small thing like asking if I want a glass of water when I arrived does the trick. Room is nice, personal welcome message and chocolates. I miss that in other hotels. The spa part is 30 min free and it's decent. Nothing special but it's free. Staff is great and friendly. Location is perfect for me. Supermarket nearby, shops and my tip. Go to the Illy coffee bar just 5 min away. Gelato tip, see my other review. Meat crew was also good for burgers.

This has become my favorite hotel in Milan, with a super convenient location to explore the city, and comfortable, well equipped rooms. It's easy walking distance to plenty of good cafes, restaurants and museums. But the highlight of each stay has been the service - the manager, Antonio, and his staff are just wonderful! They're super attentive to every need and always provide friendly and helpful service - often hard to find these DAYS. And with the very hot weather, it was such a pleasure to have cool, air-conditioned rooms this trip! I look forward to my next stay here!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel - from lovely front desk staff, to spacious rooms. I have also dined at the restaurant and I felt really welcomed. Staff was courteous and attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. The spa was also very relaxing. Can't recommend this place enough!

A disgrace to hospitality We left a bag with new clothes that we bought in fashion week in the hotel’s luggage storage — it disappeared. When we reported it, the manager, Baldassare Schembri, showed arrogance and zero professionalism: he refused to help, denied any responsibility, and offered no solution at all. As a hotelier myself, I felt ashamed to see such negligence under an international brand. My partner, an attorney, was equally appalled by the treatment. This was not just a disappointment — it was a complete failure of hospitality and trust. Avoid AVANI PALAZZO at all costs.

My husband and I only spent one night of our honeymoon in Milan, but Hotel Avani Palazzo Moscova had us wishing we stayed longer! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. We especially loved the relaxing time we spent in the jacuzzi—it was such a treat. The split-level suite with a mini balcony was so unique, modern, and spotless. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan—it was the perfect end to our trip!
