We had a very pleasant stay. Hotel room was lovely (4th floor). It was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed. Lovely staff, impressive reception area and welcome. I think however, the ground floor communal areas could be better. The 247 snack bar type lounge was well furnished but cut off from other area really and was always empty. The bar area could be improved by removing the somewhat bizarre fish counter. Replace that with extra seating, sofas and it would be greatly improved. A good location for walking to Garbaldi and main attractions

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Avani Hotel with my husband! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help you can really feel how genuine and welcoming they are, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect; everything is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless, well designed, and offered a lovely view. It looks small in the photos, but in reality, it’s just the right size and very comfortable. We didn’t include breakfast in our booking, but we decided to try it one morning and it was absolutely delicious! The buffet was generous, varied, and full of great options. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and kindness especially to the gentleman who gifted me a lip gloss, the lovely lady at check-in, and the security guard with the great perfume! We’ll definitely keep wonderful memories of our stay at the Avani Hotel. 🌺

We have just returned from a 3 night stay, from the moment you will in the staff are attentive friendly and so helpful. Honestly I can't specifically name one member of staff as standout as they all were super helpful. We were kindly upgraded and the junior suite was amazing, finally a hotel that literally has everything you need, the toiletries I brought went unused as the complimentary ones were gorgeous, such useful and thoughtful toiletries, it made such a change. We didn't eat at the hotel due to the tours we had booked but we did enjoy a drink in the relaxing bar and the restaurant looked lovely. Have already recommended the Avani to friends and family who say our trip looked great as it was made even better by staying here. Comfy beds, dressing gowns, slippers, coffee machine and fridge. Every little detail was ticked for us. 5*

What an incredible stay, I mean without a doubt pleasing to look at, what a beautiful building, but the staff are fantastic, polite, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they help however they can, I can't even single one person out as everyone was fabulous. The rooms are stunning, the shower......wow!! But I'll be honest what I loved the most is that all the toiletries I brought with me went untouched as the amenities in the room are first class, and it's not often you get to say that about a hotel, we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and make sure you have a drink in the relaxing bar area!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Cleaning was done regularly, and everything was spotless throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always made me feel welcome special Adam. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The facilities were great and added real comfort to my stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

I had a junior suite and was a little concerned that it faced a busy road—but I needn’t hav3 been. The windows were well insulated from noise. Though not in the most central of locations, it was easy to get around and I had no problems going to any of the sites of Milan. The staff was friendly, particularly Antonio, in helping me find places for dinner. The buffet breakfast was prettty good and staffed sufficiently. In all, I had a nice stay and it was a good choice.

Don't like leaving negative reviews but this was just so-so. The staff are super nice and well-intentioned but there were a few things that weren't ideal.||-Room was facing the street and super noisy. We found the skylight somewhat hard to use and learned to live with the light streaming in during the morning.|-The shower was leaking heavily throughout our stay for 10 minute periods and then it would stop and start again at random periods.|-Room was tidied which we appreciated but they didn't bring toilet paper when we had none|-No robes were left in our room for the spa and the spa attendant was not happy with us for that. It also smelled pretty bad in there. Nice idea but way too small for this many guests.|-We had the hotel call a taxi and it never came. The front desk person who called the taxi was sitting 5 feet from us but she didn't say anything as we waited 20+ mins. We did not know how the system worked but assumed she did and would've noticed. We had to bring it up and have her call another. We almost missed our train.

It wasn't the best hotel we stayed in, but it is still nice option if you wanna stay in walking distance from the city centre. I didn't like the room (small, bed frame was dirty and the floor in the corridor made such a strange noise) and although we stayed for 3 nights our housekeeper came just once - after first night (unacceptable). I liked that staff was friendly, gym was spacious and reception is really lovely.
