Located in centre of aveiro, rooms were a good size and clean and tidy. Service was good. Breakfast was OK but not much hot food options hence one star off.

The rooms are clean, charming and the building is traditional but very well renovated. What a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was filled with fresh pastries and foods, including Extra virgin Olive oil, fruits, eggs and fresh honey with honeycombs. Will be coming back when staying in Aveiro in the future. Also a good note to the staff that was very friendly all along!

Centrally located, 5min walking from the main canal, the main road, the shops, the restaurants. Clean and quiet, kind stuff, nice breakfast, very good bed. Totally enjoyed my stay, would stay again for sure. They also had some welcome treats in the room, which was a nice touch

Horrible! We got a room for 4 through Priceline that includes free breakfast and when we got there they charged us €30 per kid plus breakfast €15 each for kids despite paying extra for a four person suite! With fees more than an extra €100!!! Plus their “free parking” is only two spots that are let’s full

Lovely small hotel at the heart of aveiro. Room small but very comfortable with AC, tea, coffee and water, and mimi fridge. Breakfast was great continental style with real honeycomb, pancake maker and usual cheese meats and pastries. Very clean and staff very helpful. Restaurant across road does superb fresh fish dishes and the perch is a must.

I was charged over by having a kid with me. I understand the policy, but I was informed just when check out time, which is unacceptable. However I paid, and I left with bad impression. Don’t forget to say that when check in, I was offered to buy tickets for boat at higher price than outdoor, and of course I was recommended 2 restaurants without asking for it. Finally, have to mention the elevator, slowest I have been. And of course, hotel is overpriced and just take profit of high season. Altogether, I don’t recommend the place.

Excellent city centre hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. excellent breakfast choice and good value for money. Easy to locate and very close to the city, quiet area with little traffic noise. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to other friends in Portugal. Well done to the management and staff for operating such a great hotel.

Yelp
Really happy with this hotel, will definitely consider staying here again on our future visits. This hotel is family-run. When we checked in we saw an old gentleman hanging around in the lobby. The next morning at breakfast, we were trying to figure out which little packages are butter and which are margarine, when a woman at a nearby table asked if we need help. Turns out she works in the hotel, and the old man is her grandfather! What we like about the hotel: - convenient location. It's practically just side street away from the canal. There is an excellent seafood restaurant just around the corner. - friendly service - brightly light rooms with lots of outlets and even USB ports. There is an outlet by each bedside, so I can sit in my bed when charging and using my phone. Trust me, not every hotel is so considerate. There is also a mini fridge and kettle. - delicious breakfast. Homemade bread and pastries (okay, I admit, that's a given at anywhere in Portugal), fresh juice, and a kiss ass Nespresso machine!! They even have soy milk and soy yogurt. Parking: there is a very small lot in the alley, you can also park along the alley as long as you don't block the way, if you prefer street parking it's plentiful too.

Yelp
Good for 1 night, the hotel is cheap and offers a decent wifi connection together with basic rooms. We had a room that was a little noisy, but as I said, if you stop for 1 night there are no complaints. Staff nice and efficient they also have free parking nearby.
