It's a very simple hotel. It is old and a little shabby. It has carpets in the room. But it is clean. Breakfast is veeeery simple just coffee bread and butter. But what makes the difference are the people. Owner and staff are very friendly. They really try to please you. I stayed on this area for work. I wouldn't have stayed in this area otherwise it is an ugly part of the city. But I would go back to the hotel and recommend. AC works well. Showers are hot.

It was a really good price (just 280USD for 6 nights in a single room). The staff was very polite all the time. Breakfast is poor but sweet and the place to get it is actually kind of nice. The elevator worked all the time but has a very weird system to open/close the door. Room is dated and the furniture is VERY old -except the TV, a brand new one-, and the cleaning was acceptable. Overall, the most important thing to keep in mind is the location, just perfect. Walking distance to Casa Rosada, Museo Bicentenario, Puerto Madero, the Cathedral, San Telmo and Florida Street, as well as the Obelisco. Many 'subte' stations nearby. And also, several restaurants and cafes in the vecinity. Just for the location, I would highly recommend it but do not expect too much, given the price ;-)

I stayed there for 3 nights and my first impression was the location was amazing. It is a with steps from the Florida street and a block away from Plaza de Mayo, other than that and the staff who is really nice, the hotel is not good. My bathroom was dirty, there was no towel for the floor, so after a shower, you have to get the floor all wet, and I also didn´t like the configuration of the tub, there are shelves half way on the top of the tub. It was a bit weird.||||The bed and pillow were not at all comfortable and there is no minibar in the room.||||Breakfast was included and it was not worth it, they had toast, croissants, butter, dulce de leche and spreadable cheese, orange juice and coffee. Not only the variety||was disappointing the quantity was even worse. ||||In my view, even though this hotel is well located and it is cheaper than others in the area, I don´t think it is worth it. ||||I only recommend it for people who will truly stay out all day long and will only be back to shower and sleep.

Reasonable good hotel well located in downtown Buenos Aires, next to Florida street e Peru metro station. I stayed there for one night and the room was ok. The shower was very good. The only two inconvenients are the poor breakfast and the fact they accept only cash for payment. Staff is friendly.

Position couldn't be better. Great street cafe outside. Friendly and helpful staff. Big comfortable aircon room with big screen cable tv.||Standard Argentina breakfast .US40(dble). Ask for cash discount.

I spent only half a day in this hotel, I needed a place where the kids could take a shower and rest before another plane. It's very well located, but everything is very old, the carpet is not clean, i really didn't like it.
