Hotel Avenida

Very nice hotel with good service and the crew is very nice and welcoming the food is perfect I recommend

I’m very disappointed with Trip.com and the Avenida Boutique hotel, they both basically refused to help to refund or rebate my money due to my wrong location booking. Very bad experience!

Stayed for a night, the room was quiet and climatized but being a little picky, it wasn’t 100% dark for my prima dona sleep standards. Loved the hospitality from the whole staff. Breakfast was lovely and the location is dead center. Would recommend.

Really nicely located with good breakfast!

My first time in Viseu and it seems like almost the perfect hotel. It’s located literally in the Center of the town, the rooms are great, and the service is very nice. Only complaint is that the breakfast is very shy, but food is quite cheap in Viseu if you’re coming larger European capitals like London.

The location is perfect. Can't ask for better. From here, you can explore the entire wonderful city (and I encourage you to do so as it is wonderful) The service here was some of the best I have experienced. Tony was a delight. Very professional, very friendly, attentive and helpful. Every staff member we engaged was the same. Great people. The room was very comfortable with nice window views. Little issue with A/C bit no big deal. Bed was nice as was linens and towels. Super clean room and hotel. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Breakfast was great as well! I highly recommend.
