We like to stay at this hotel before or after taking the ferry. It is extremely convenient and service is good. We found the rooms comfortable but a little small. The soundproofing could be better as loud conversations/crying babies and slamming doors could be heard clearly rather than being a little muffled. All in all, an excellent choice if you have an early morning ferry or need a place to stay within 30 min of the airport.

✅ The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety, a great way to start the day. ✅ The location is convenient and enjoyable. ✅ The shuttle driver was very friendly, which helped offset the longer wait time we experienced at the airport. ❌ There was constant noise in the room due to the wind coming through the patio door, which made it difficult to sleep. ❌ The hairdryer was not working. ❌ It was challenging to reach the front desk late in the evening, as there were no instructions by the phone and dialing “0” did not work. ❌ We noticed some towels were missing upon arrival. ❌ There was some dirt along the edge of the shower. ❌ The shower design caused a lot of water to spill onto the bathroom floor after use. ❌ The ashtray on the balcony had not been emptied before our arrival. This was our second time staying here, and unfortunately, we expected more for the price we paid. We do not feel it offers good value for money, and we will not be returning.

The hotel is ideally located about 25 minutes from Athens airport. They offer a convenient, reliable shuttle service that operates to and from the airport 24/7. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a lovely balcony, some with sea views. The bathroom is well stocked. The buffet breakfast offers several kinds of breads and pastries, cheeses, charcuteries, homemade jams, yoghurt, fruits and hot dishes, to name a few. There are plenty of restaurants, a beach and a supermarket nearby. Rafina is lovely town, worth visiting.

We stayed one night before an early flight. We chose them, because they promise a free shuttle (30 minutes) to the airport. The shuttle leaves every hour, but the 07:00 bus was full. So we took the 08:00 mini bus which they said will arrive in the airport at 08:30. It was late!! In fact it left the hotel at 08:20 and we almost missed the flight. The receptionist did not seem to care ("It happens every day, because of the traffic" she said, indifferently). The shuttle service is not well organized! Next time we will choose a better, less expensive place, and take a taxi, to avoid unnecessary stress. The room was clean, but really small. Matresses are too soft. Uncomfortable bathroom, No kettle in the room. Nice Breakfast: eggs, bread, fruits, cheese etc. no vegetables. We can recommend dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had very good Risotto, Mousaka and soup.

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants nearby. It is in walking distance of the ferries as well. We used the free airport shuttle which was very convenient to get to the airport which is nearby. There is also a little beach nearby in walking distance as well with a couple of bars at it. It was a great location to stay for a night before heading home on our trip. We had four people and had an adjoining room. One of the rooms had a view of the beach and even had a balcony which worked great for drying our swimsuits and towels. The rooms were very comfortable and it worked great for our family.

Excellent hotel! It was wonderful not having to worry about getting a driver to take us to the hotel as they have a shuttle van! A big shout out to Maria at the front desk for all her help in getting us a room sooner and also a later check out! A big shout out to George at the restaurant for his excellent service and the food! Excellent breakfast in the morning! Gorgeous view of the harbor, clean and orderly rooms! It was a great welcome to Greece place!

A Complete Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs We are a couple who simply needed a clean bed, a quiet room, and a functional shower for one night between flights. We were even willing to pay €180 for the privilege. What we got instead was a sleepless nightmare. Let’s start with the shuttle: either it left earlier than scheduled or the instructions were unclear – the result? We were stranded at the airport from 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM, exhausted, waiting over an hour for a ride that should’ve taken minutes. Then came the room. The windows were not sealed, allowing loud whistling wind to blow in all night. I have a recording if anyone’s interested. The air conditioner was leaking and soaked the floor. The bathroom was so poorly designed that taking a shower meant flooding the entire toilet area – the only place we could leave our clothes, since there wasn’t a single hook in the room. To make things worse, the ashtray on the balcony was full of cigarette butts – clearly not cleaned before our arrival. It was filthy and disgusting. When I complained to the front desk, the receptionist casually explained that noise in the rooms is “normal” because of strong wind. I’ve stayed in many hotels with strong wind outside – never have I encountered such poorly insulated windows. We were moved to another room – a windowless cell that resembled a prison more than a hotel. But we were too tired to argue. Unfortunately, even this room was a disaster. The two beds pushed together had not been secured, and in the middle of the night, we literally fell through the gap onto the floor as the beds separated. This stay was not just disappointing – it was awful. An utterly miserable, overpriced, and infuriating experience. Never again.
