Who ever owns this hotel, is living in coo coo land, and has the cheek to charge 4* prices, for a back packer hostel, as I would describe it. Really run down, and all the cheap furniture , falling to bits. Breakfast, was a no no, with stale bread, and olives, that look as if they have been sitting in the same liquid bowl, with scum floating around. Come on !! Owner, sell your hotel to some one who will refurbish it to a good standard etc, as it is in a perfect spot, right in the center of town, and lovely sea views from the balcony, and could be a lovely hotel for visitors to Ayvalik. I intended staying for 5 days, but moved out in 2, as I had to look for another hotel. Definitely, will never be back in your premises, when I next visit Ayvalik.

centrally located small three star hotel with sea view. First impression is okay. Room has a nice balcony, TV and plenty of space. Small refrigerator is also handy. Furthermore, the bed and air conditioning are fine. Breakfast is extensive with Turkish cuisine and meze. Turkish tea and snacks. Roof terrace is wonderful open air breakfast.|| With some adjustments to maintenance, the hotel could be much nicer. I miss a number of things as a solo traveler, a bar or terrace so that you have a little entitlement. Downstairs in the lobby that little shop could be removed and a bar would be nice for most guests.|| Keep in mind that you have to pay for car parking.

Great location let down by poor maintenance and sub-par service. No twin beds, the shower and bathroom do not look clean. Our room key was very disfigured from years of abuse and the door lock was quite stubborn. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Has a good view from the terrace. If you get a room with a view its also pretty loud at night due to the parking lot. Do not get your car washed there! Terrible car wash!

We had a room overlooking the car park (an amazing experience on its own). The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom though was a bit of a challenge. Shower was very small.||The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will always remember their kindness.

The hotel is old but clean. Repairs made with small means. The position is very good. The room is clean, has everything as described. The terrace has a view of the sea. Breakfast is very good. I am quite satisfied.

Look this place is great if you know what you are getting. It is clean, the location could not be better (right in centre, near everything), the view is lovely, the staff are REALLY lovely, it does a decent Turkish breakfast, and is good for a stopover. ||For those for whom these things matter - there is a bar right outside that plays loud music until late (this doesn't bother me), and the bathroom and shower are REALLY tiny with bits of stuff hanging off everywhere. I'm not that big but the shower was only just useable. ||But. If you know it's not 5 star and just want somewhere clean with good air conditioning, friendly faces, and a couple of nights in a great spot - then this is your place. They are getting an extra star for the warm, friendly staff.

We crashed for 1 night here as we had a Lesvos ferry to catch early next morning. The hotel is near the Ayvalik old town and just minutes by dolmus to the Turyol ferry terminal, ideal for a quick stay and sightsee. The outside and lobby were unassuming, but the rooms seem to have been refurbished quite recently and in good shape. They have family rooms with a separate bedroom that nicely fit 4 pax. The bathroom’s pretty small, but the room is of good size.||Our stay included a breakfast buffet at 7.30am. The spread is fairly supple with different types of cereals, fruits, cheeses, hams and breads.||The pier outside the hotel can however be a little noisy at night. We opted not the turn on the air conditioner (the control was out of battery or wasn’t working), and were woken in the middle of the night by mosquitoes. Maybe if we have kept the windows closed and managed to turn on the air conditioner, we would have better enjoyed the stay.
