This hotel deserves 5 stars for its exceptional service! I stayed during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and on my first night, I struggled to sleep because my room didn’t have air conditioning. I approached the reception at 2 am, and although they couldn’t change my room immediately, they provided me with a fan and ice, and assured me they would find a solution for the next day. True to their word, they moved me to a more comfortable room the following night. The late check-out options were also very reasonable. Also, the hotel offer free of charge still and sparkling water (unfortunately there isn’t a fridge in the rooms, it would be perfect if did). While the location wasn't very central, it worked fine for me.
