The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and bright. The staff were happy and helpful people. We especially want to thank Faruk, the employee at the reception. He made us feel at home.

Wonderful hotel a short walk from the old town. Beautifully appointed modern rooms with loads of space and a great bathroom/shower. The staff made the stay even better. A big shout out to the reception staff, especially to Ilma, Selma and Delilah who work with a big smile, display fantastic humour and a dedicated passion for the city. Sarajevo is a gem and thoroughly exceeded my expectations

A nice hotel located within easy walking distance of the Baščaršija up the hill with views over the city The room was large with a comfortable bed and a large shower room which had a hot rainfall shower. Breakfast was a good selection of cold dishes and pastries. Would happily stay again on another visit to Sarajevo.

This is a beautiful hotel not far from the old town center. Albeit an easy walk downhill a little bit more challenging, walk uphill. But the accommodations are wonderful. The rooms are clean and spacious comfortable. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. You will not be disappointed by staying at this hotel.

Good, but nothing exceptional. The room was large and clean. The hotel is placed on a hill. In winter it could be a disadvantage. Burek and pie is expected to be warm in the morning. The family has its own bakery nearby. The pie was from the refrigerator but, still ok. Cucumber must be cut fresh in the morning, max 1 hour before serving breakfast. Seemingly it was the rest cut for yesterdays breakfast. They are very strict about check-out schedule at 11.00 AM. I think there is not a silent conference room where you could spend a few hours after your check-out. Just a breakfast room where some music always plays (radio). Sauna is free but it must be reserved, since it is a "private" sauna. The room can get very loud due to guests on the corridor. A reasonable price for the single room (1 Person) is no more than 50 EUR per day with breakfast.

The hotel is very nice but it is uphill. Though its a five minute walk down the hill to old bazar but getting back to hotel needs real hiking skill and stamina. Suitable for those with own transport.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast was average. Taxi driver who came to pick us up at the airport was friendly too. Unfortunately, we had to move after 2 nights as hotel was on a very steep hill and path wasn't stroller friendly.

We came here for a holiday in August 2024 when it was very hot, but that wasn’t a problem as the hotel was well air-conditioned. The rooms were very large with enough beds for any extra people and the staff were extremely friendly. The location is great as well as it is opposite Yellow Fortress and it has a few museums nearby. The only issue is that the hotel is on a hill, so to get to the main city is a long walk down and to get back to the hotel is a long walk up so if you struggle with long walks, I recommend a taxi.
