Very nice and clean hotel. Nice, interestingly designed room with a view. Clean. Good breakfast. Good price. Safe parking. See you next time when we will be in Sarajevo! Best in town

Hotel Aziza is a true gem! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere felt warm and homey – like staying with family rather than in a hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and all the main attractions. The staff is incredibly kind and very informative – always ready to help with recommendations and useful tips. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Sarajevo! Andrija, Montenegro

What a delightful hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and spoke excellent English, for which we were very grateful. ||We had a very large room, clean and modern with a sizeable and powerful shower and a very comfortable bed. ||Although there is a short, steep walk up to the hotel from the old town city square, it is a very central location, yet quiet at night for sleeping soundly without disturbance. ||A pleasant breakfast buffet, including Bosnian and international specialities, was included in the very reasonable price.

Hotel Aziza exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—genuinely kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the heart of Sarajevo’s Old Town, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the modern design, added to a truly pleasant stay. If you’re visiting Sarajevo, Hotel Aziza is a must. Amazing staff, unbeatable location, and top-tier cleanliness—everything you could ask for in a memorable hotel experience!

This hotel is good, located in the old town of Sarajevo, it is on quite a steep hill but is no problem to navigate unless you have mobility issues.||We were able to check in upon arrival which is always a huge plus in my eyes, so was very pleased with that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with working heating/air conditioning and a Tv that has a range of channels, Netflix, YouTube app accessibility which was useful. The mini fridge was full with beers, chocolate, soft drinks and water, and the breakfast was small but nice. ||In my friends room the toilet button broke but staff were on hand quickly to fix that. Staff were always friendly and attentive, we had them call us a taxi to the railway station and airport and they were very good about this.

This place is truly wonderful. A beautiful love story passed down from generation to generation. ||The staff is so nice and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, location is a short walk from Barscarsija.||A special bonus is a sauna, equipped only for two people, which was perfect for me and my husband. You just need to reserve it a bit earlier.||And finally, despite being a small hotel, they offer an impressive variety of food for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right near the “old town”. About a 10 minute walk downhill to the center of everything. The service was nice, and food was good, and the rooms were nice! Not much more we could ask for! Parking right across the street which was great.

There are a few organisations in the world that take their brand image seriously and turn this into a lifelong obsession to uphold and maintain its values so passionately. Hotel Aziza is amongst one of these establishments that is acutely aware of the local traditions of hospitality, accommodation and warmth that they always eager to extend to their guests. ||This is a family-run hotel and as soon as you enter the hotel, you will read their mission statement (Once a guest- Always a friend) proudly emblazoned on their entrance. And from our experience, we can confidently say that they mean every word of it. ||Once you are inside you cease to become a guest. Instead, you become a part of their circle of friends or close family. In fact, you do get a homely feeling when you are in the hotel. So, for us, it felt more like staying with a family home than a hotel. |We had a fabulous 10-day stay at the hotel, and the management/staff cared for our needs with a warm smile. ||We cannot thank them enough, but we would like to call our Mr Faruk, Ms Delila, and Ms Ajla. The cleaning staff including the lady in-charge of breakfast, were also fantastic. Each one of them are superstars, and they are massive credit to this establishment. Also, we arranged the hotel to pick us up from the airport and then drop us back off on our return, which was also a smooth experience. ||The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All the fittings and fixtures including bathrooms are in top notch. And the staff work diligently to keep the hotel prim and proper. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities. Please also note it is perfectly safe to drink tap water in Bosnia. ||The hotel also serves you a hearty breakfast that provides you with the fuel to go through the rigours of your day. Briefly, in breakfast, you will be served with boiled and scrambled eggs, salads, yogurts, fruits, juices, tea and coffee, selection of cheese, meats, breads, cereals, donuts and pastries etc. ||The hotel can also arrange daytrips for you and I would urge you to take up at least one of their tours. The best one being a daytrip that included visits to the famous Blagaj Tekija Dervish Monastery, Kravica Waterfall and Mostar etc. Please note that the hotel uses a local tour agency that is located in town and there is no price difference if you were to book directly with the tour agent. The biggest benefit of booking with the hotel that the agents would you pick and drop you off back at the hotel. ||The hotel is located on an incline and you can get to see some wonderful views of the city especially at night or when the sun is out. The old town is a comfortable stroll down the hill that takes down around 10 minutes. However, please bear in mind that you will walk up the hill (on a footpath/road) on your way back. If you do not fancy a walk back, you can take a taxi, which will cost you 2-3 KM or BAM as they call their local currency. ||There is a supermarket (Amko Komerc) at the end of the first round of incline along side a local pizza shop. As you head down the cobbled path, you will come across rows of cafes both on your left and right. When you reach the bottom of the hill, you will see souvenir shops, and if you look around you, there is another supermarket (Konzum). It looks quite non-descript, so it you can easily miss it. ||Once you have gone past the traffic lights, you will be officially in the old town, where you will find cafes, restaurants, moneychangers, sweet shops etc. Please note that is highly unlikely you would get any food after 11pm. Most of the restaurants do not differ too much in price. ||Eating out in Sarajevo can be a little pricey (depending on what you eat). Alternatively, you could always go to the local bakeries that are incredibly competitive. The most famous being Pekara Edin that is located across the road from the pigeon square. There you would be able to get local sandwiches, pizza and breads. ||It was one of the best holidays we have ever had, and we cannot wait to go back.||Thank you, Hotel Aziza, for making our trip so special. Hvala vam puno!
