Good location, but that’s about it. Terrible service, calling it a hotel is a stretch. First of all, no lifts, and reception is not 24h, closes around 7pm, which was not made known until booking was paid. Room was small, on the 3rd floor so I had to climb all that with heavy luggage. Some rust and not design friendly showers and sink, so water inevitably would get everywhere. I could also hear everything in the staircase too. Next part is the service, it’s the worst. They communicate through messages, and are a nuisance. I stayed there for a few days but they only told me on the last afternoon before that I had to go to the reception to pay city tax (I checked in after hours before). They were not flexible with the timing, or online payment. I was in the hotel for a couple of days and they could’ve told me anytime. Now I had to alter travel plans. Breakfast was terrible value. €10 per person for a bread basket and some juice. No hot food. Do not recommend.

Centrally located and a great value. This is a wonderful hotel for a day trip to Reims. Room was on the smaller side but adequate for our travel needs. Continental breakfast was convenient but there are other options nearby.

Quaint little hotel right in the city centre close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the front desk service was friendly one note: The breakfast provided is very small and without much protein, if that matters to you.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Azur in Reims. Cedric was a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. The room was beautifully decorated giving the hotel a boutique feel. Location was perfect in a quiet street but with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and around 10-15 minutes walk tot are Cathedral and close to the main shopping area. Breakfast was very filling and much better than we anticipated.

This is a good budget hotel in a fantastic location just steps from the train station in a quiet neighborhood. City center location affords easy access to the main points of interest just minutes from. Notre Dame, Maison Mumm, Galeries Lafayette shopping and the many restaurants and Champagne venues in town.

Great location with secure parking in city centre, big enough to fit Range Rover Sport. Nice hotel, rooms are quite small and lower floors don’t have air con. A bit noisy in the morning once staff arrive. But, would stay again but would ask for one of the larger rooms making sure it had air con. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Great price, excellent service, perfect location. Rooms were what I expected. Nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Totally recommend and I’d definitely stay here again. Rooms were a little warm but it was August!

A one night stop over in Reims. The location is great to explore and so close to bars and restaurants, Parking is secure but about a two minute walk away. You just drop your bags off and drive around. Welcome at reception was first class with lots of info. We were in room 34. There is no lift so if you have mobility issues maybe ask for a different floor. The room was small and neat and what we expected considering the location. Breakfast was great and the right amount to set us on the way.

Yelp
Awesome hotel! Staff speaks English. Clean! Good breakfast here but need to be quiet by not flush toilet between 10:30pm to 7:30am. Due to 'watermatic' toilet. BUT, worth to sleep here!!

Yelp
In searching for a room in Reims, this came up as one of the highest rated hotels, very close to the top hotel which goes for 2x the price per night. Do not be fooled. This is NOTHING like the top rated hotel. Short version: If your comfortable with a hostel-type experience, this'll do for a night. This is not a value hotel. It is a cheap hotel. Don't confuse the two. Our room was dark (brown walls, brown carpet). The walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors (and they can hear you), the people in the hall, each clomp on the steps, every door closing, every toilet flushing (more on that later). They warn you that there is no elevator but not that the stairs are narrow. Don't bring big heavy luggage! We arrived in the evening, and checked in. The staff spoke enough English for that. They gave us a voucher for each night for free glasses of champagne at local restaurants. As soon as we got in the room, my GF wanted to leave. She was uncomfortable with the darkness of the room. She was ready not only to not stay in the room but to get on a train and head back to Paris. I convinced her to stay a night. This area of town does not have a lot of food choices within walking distance. We went to the restaurant on the first night voucher to find they are not open that night. WTF? We found another place for dinner returned to the hotel around 10. We then found the toilet would not flush. (It would fill to rim then slowly empty.) There is no staff at that time of night, only an emergency number. We did not want to stay awake waiting so we went to bed. My GF slept little due to the noise from the other rooms. In the morning, we walked the 10 minutes or so to the main part of town. We went to a different hotel, and booked a room there. That room was light and modern. The staff spoke fluent English. It was right in the main part of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. I walked back to the Azur to check out. Since it was after 10:30am they charged us for 2 nights. They did not ask how our stay was or why we were leaving early. I thought they cut us a break of 20Euros because we left so early but I later received an email saying that was a mistake and they charged me the extra 20.
