Baba Palace a Heritage Hotel by Vasundhara Corporation

Since the hotel appeared quite basic, we opted for the suite room, which turned out to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. The room had an attached area overlooking the hotel’s restaurant and the nearby market, which was a nice addition. They’ve also placed a swing, which I really enjoyed during the short time I spent there. The hotel is located in the inner lanes, so on-site parking is not available. However, you can safely park your vehicle at the nearest muncipal parking, which is convenient and secure. One plus point is its central location, with many tourist attractions situated nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a decent stay option if you choose the right room category and don’t mind walking a bit for parking.

I was led to believe that Bonfire owned hotels in udaipur, in fact they put photos of rooms which was not owned by bonfire but of another hotel. They act as mere agents and changed my booking to another hotel. I only found out the facts when i reached the hotel (Udhav Villas). Be cautious when you book through bonfire.

Nice rooms. Adequate staffs. Average cleanliness in rooms. They don't ask for cleaning rooms daily. Food in Ala carte is very expensive. Breakfast if complementary don't skip. Awesome breakfast. The security guard Karnesh is class gentleman. 10 mins away from City palace and Hathipol.

WORST STAY EXPERIENCE Had the worst hotel experience here. 1. The beds and pillows are extremely dirty (see pictures). Yes there bed have bedsheets and pillows have covers, but it is extremely unhygienic. 2. The staff is extremely unprofessional. They have hired random people who have no sense of hospitality. The cleaning staff mistakenly took my personal towel during room service. The towels these people provide are very very dirty and old. I had to beg for water bottles everyday to the receptionist. I repeatedly reported mosquitoes in our room but no repellent was provided. 3. I had a booking for 5 days and by far this was the worst stay experience ever. Rude staff, unhygienic beds and rooms, unprofessional service and overall a headache to stay here I would recommend anyone reading this to never book a stay here unless no other place in town is available.

I had an amazing stay at this 5-star hotel. The rooms were excellent and the food was delicious, but what impressed me the most was the affordability. You get top-tier luxury facilities and a premium experience at a very reasonable price. ​Plus, the location is perfect as there are many great places to explore nearby. It is truly the best value-for-money 5-star stay I’ve experienced
