Hotel Baba Palace, Udaipur

Worst place to book a room. We have already informed that we will be late for check-in and still the room was not cleaned and the staff was showing the uncleanend room like everything was fine. The owner asked us to wait for another 30 mins so the room would get clean and we were frustrated because we were travelling from previous day and we were so tired and even after late check-in, we didn't get the room. We were showing our tiredness and frustation but the owner started blackmailing us to cancel the paid booking when we mentioned our concern. He acted like a local goon who could go to any extent and we had no other choice because we booked it through MakeMyTrip and there was no cancel policy. This is the worst experience we ever had in Our travel journey so far. We request makemytrip to block this property so others wouldn't experience the same.

worst hotel don't stay in this hotel. the owner is very rude . We had we had a fight jus to get our refund. They also called other to get the fight more worst. worst service. if you are going with your family be careful. Not recommended at all. You will not be safe.

The hotel lobby area is big and good. Room is very clean and service is best .all staff behaviour is very friendly.We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning"

We had come to visit Jagadeesh Temple. My wife had to go to the washroom and these people refused.If seen, hotels cannot legally refuse water and washrooms I'm sorry to hear this no.

Very nice arrangement made by hotel with delicious food and other arrangements at reasonable rates. The hotel staff took care in other areas like photography, PA Systen too. Overall a very good family time was enjoyed by all of us !

Best place to stay in the city you will get easy access from the hotel to go anywhere.
